Excel Martial Arts / Monarch Muay Thai

I like the gym. I might have to stop going soon because my lease is up in December but I hope to visit after I move out.

I have trained with Keith and other coach's, Keith knowledge in the game is very impressive.
If you want to fight or get fit.
Definitely consider excel.

Excellent coaching and great culture. Keith creates a welcoming learning environment that makes Excel one of my favourite places to be. All around fun and positive training experience for all levels, from people just wanting to get fit, to people wanting to fight professionally. Keith has a level of knowledge and skill that is rare to find outside of Thailand’s best gyms, and is always open to new and exciting ways of training.

Amazing coach with a lot of Muay Thai and Fitness experience, I have improved my physical health a lot since joining this gym, everyones very supportive which helps you to come out of your shell and train hard. There is also a lot of opportunities to showcase the skills you have learnt in competitions, ranging from hard sparring against other gyms to amateur and professional competitions.

My 10 year old daughter has just started the self defence and kick boxing classes - she is absolutely loving it! Great trainers, friendly staff and environment. Highly recommend.

Love this place it literally is a second home, make awesome friends, keep fit and you get to punch and kick something in a safe environment.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location and equipment. It might be a good idea to have 2 trainers on during busy times (kids sessions) to avoid downtime

This place is amazing. Has done wonders for my 6 year old shy son.cannot recommend them enough. Chris is super with the kids.do your self a favour, if anyone is interested in martial arts or self defence.this is the place.very friendly, and a great place for anyone.

Excel does a fantastic job of making every person from every walk of life feel motivated and included. The classes are lots of fun, but are stimulating and challenging at the same time. All the instructors are very approachable if you need a hand with anything, and really go the extra mile to help you if you need it.

Awesome training center with great friendly atmosphere. My two daughter's and I all train at excel, the coaches are amazing very informative and always striving to make shore everyone is learning and advancing.since my girls started their confidence, concentration, self defence and respect have all grown.great place if you want learn self defence, learn to fight, or get fit

Great place to train, and learn a new martial art. The trainers teaching ability is just as great as their friendliness! Definitely recommend to anyone!

Great club, i have felt a new sense of ambition, confidenece and determination training at excel.the students are so welcoming and the trainers are commited.i can see myself earning my black belt at excel and recommend it to everyone at all ages.
