Ordered several hydroponic items in December 2016.2 arrived in late January & the 3rd still hasn't arrived!
I've spent too much time trying to contact the company re: either tracking the parcel or getting a refund - and just can't get through by email. They are sometimes rude and obnoxious on the phone. Very frustrating!
