I took in my tower after getting the Windows 'blue screen' error on start up.
I was expecting an expensive repair bill but was only charged for a basic service as it was a simple fix.
Very honest, quick friendly service.

The customer service I experienced at Exact was fantastic. I took in a broken USB (it was broken because of me) & the whole process & cost was explained to me. The service was friendly, knowledge & the updates were prompt. Couldn't be happier!

Went to the website the other day and got a spam popup bug infect my computer! Then looking at the reviews the owner has known of the infection for over 12 months and done nothing about it! Now the site is dead completely! Very unprofessional!

Puts "sale" stickers on fully priced items. Their website redirects you to a phishing website.

$175 to tell me the wrong solution. Second time after warranty parts return. The motherboard screwed Down with with conductive non spacing screws. They left a micro speaker attached to the motherboard. Power cable skwesed round the graphics card when a cleaner and less damaging path was available. Rude lazy.

Very happy with the service I received at Exact. They sorted out my problem in no time, all for under $100. Very impressed:)
