Their double rifle in 36 inch is too small and the 50 is too big.
Need a 42 inch.

I went and saw Mallik at Evolution Gear to get a custom case made for my telescope eyepieces, filters, and accessories. The process was quick and professional and within a week I had the perfect case with an accurately designed foam inlay. I really appreciated that during the week they sent out emails with the most current design for approval, they quickly accommodated any changes that I needed. I'd really recommend them if you want an insanely good quality custom case made up.

I designed an entire layout for my Canon C300 iii and various standard and third party accessories to fit a Pelican 1620 case as well as another case and cutout for a mattebox. I was initially unsure how exact that the laser cut would be but when I received the foam I was blown away by not only how precise it was but also how good the foam looked! I ordered a foam overlay to keep the items in the case labelled and the whole thing just looks perfect. Literally a joy to look at every time and every one of my assistants comments on how good it looks and asks where i had it done.
Customer service was amazing too. I had a lot of annoying questions which were answered quickly and thoroughly. I also needed a fast turn around on both the cutouts of which delivery was met exactly on time.
The few things I would say that can be improved are as follows:
- While the cutouts themselves are perfectly accurate, the overall foam seems to not fit quite exactly inside the Pelican cases. Thats not to say they don't fit, but one required a lot of pushing to get in and the other doesn't fit perfectly flush and also has a few gaps around the edges between the foam and the Pelican case. I haven't brought this up with Evolution as it doesn't bother me too much and doesn't affect the closure of the Pelican Case in any way.
- The foam is constructed from layers which need to be glued together which is fine, however the glue smell is REALLY strong and hasn't fully gone away yet after around a month. Again, not a major concern for me but it is noticeable.

Apart from these two things I'd have no hesitation recommending Evolution and would definitely use them again.

I ordered a gun case and ordered the wrong size. Mallik and Steve where awesome. Very helpful and understanding. They arrange to get the correct sized case to me hassle and stress free. It was a very simple exchange process. Great customer service and highly recommended them. The XL 2540 is a great hard case. Glad I chose to use Evolutions Gear!

This product was as it appeared and was detailed on the website. The service was friendly and prompt. My only wish was that they had more in stock or a more readily available re-stock. I suppose that's a good problem to have

I had a small issue with one of there products I purchased. I send Evolution Gear an email asking how I can go about getting a replacement part and fully expected to pay for the part if available. On the same day as my email, I received a call from Steve (Evolution Gear) adding me that he would send me a complete new replacement product free of charge. Again on the same day I received and email stating my item had been shipped along with tracking details. I have not seen this type of customer service in 39 years! Evolution Gear have won me over for life. Honest and sincere company. Thank you to Steve and his team.

About a good as a soft gun case can get. Awesome muzzle protection and thick foam all around. Clearly built to last and protect your asset!

I bought the HD Long Gun Case 2540. They look very similar to Pelican, super solid case, great service. I've not traveled with it yet, but I'm very confident with the product.
