This company needs some serious customer service training. Prior to purchasing a Zappi charger I asked about whether or not to buy a hub and was told the latest version had a built in hub. Made the purchase and after installation it became clear this did not have the in built hub. Instead of explaining clearly and offering to sell me a hub (therefore securing a higher spend and happy customer) they treated me with disdain and recommended I buy the hub elsewhere (in other words they don’t want my business). Take your money elsewhere. Chargers are not exactly a small purchase so support companies who value their customers and shop elsewhere!

Purchased a Zappi 22kW charger and additional EV charging cable. Service was fantastic. I purchased over the New Year period and to avoid the challenge of couriers at that time of year, they hand delivered the item to me on their way home. Great service. Thanks!

Be prepared to pay the highest installation cost to this company to have Zappi EV power station installed (even for a simple installation)

Also, awaiting time for installation is 3 weeks as I was informed today.

Certainly, it is the power of supply and demand for the product/service. I wish I did a better research before buying the Zappi

Cranbourne Home EV Chargers broken!

Cranbourne Home management is not interested in fixing the chargers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service, they don’t return phone calls, no follow up support. All they do is blame each other in their office, then say they will get someone to call back and never do. Their installer never showed up for the job and now they refuse to arrange another one. Now I have an EV charger with no one to install it and they refuse to provide a refund or support for another installer. Absolutely hopeless company to deal with. Don’t waste your money.

These guys took the time to give me quality advice on my proposed EV charging set up and recommended to me the right products that I would need. It was all about the RIGHT product, not necessarily the most EXPENSIVE product, in that sense a breath of fresh air. Customer service via the website was prompt and efficient, hence 5 star review. When I purchase my equipment from them, I hope I'll be able to write another positive review at that time.

Bought an EVSE 15A cable for my Mercedes GLC 300e via website click and collect. Was able to collect the cable the next day and it’s now working great at 3.4kw at home compared to the original 8A charger at 1.7kw. Great product I recommend to everyone using PHEV.

Easy online purchase, good communications from EVolution. The 15A portable EVSE is a bargain at around $650, it charges the Zoe almost flat out until full. Have also purchased the Marvin 32A unit, again, great comms and service, definitely a great place to get EV gear.

EVolution provided me a prompt conversion for my 2014 Nissan Leaf. I look forward to dealing with them again.

Purchased Portable Switchable EVSE Charger which is great as I can vary the charge depending on need. Great product.

Zappi installed a month ago and still not working properly; not getting accurate readings of my solar, hence Eco+ mode does not work. EVolution are still working to fix the problem.

Straightforward purchase online. Very good communication from vendor. Quick shipping. Product of high quality, as described and works perfectly.

Popped into the Clayton office of EVolution Australia to pick up my second cable from EVolution Australia for my Gen 1 Nissan Leaf (great car, by the way, but needs a bigger battery). The first cable was a type 2 to type 1 and it has worked very well. The second cable is a Tesla charger to 15 Amp plug, which is compatible with my Nissan portable charger. Hoping that this latter cable allows me access to the growing network of (non-supercharger) Tesla chargers.

Had a chat with the founder: Russell - helpful, really friendly, very enthusiastic. Great to see. EVolution Australia the feel of a really good, up and coming Aussie company. Wish them all the best.

Really happy with my Zappi. Simple to use and whack on and off charge while the car is sitting doing nothing and the solar is pumping. Excellent service from EVolution. I’m told mine was the first Zappi installed in Newcastle, and delivery and installation went smoothly. I have a Kona (great car btw) that I drive to Sydney and back a few times a week for work, and the Zappi makes it really easy to keep it ready to drive.

We bought the Zappi charger for our new Hyundai Kona. Being retired (so being home a lot) and with 4.3kw solar panel on the roof, we love the ability of charging the car during the day with our surplus solar energy. Evolution was quick to send us the product, however the installation quote was much more than our local electrician. With the charger, we can change the mode to fast charging in case we need it urgently. Overall a great product

Awesome company to deal with very helpful and so enthusiastic about EV's. Highly recommended! (I bought MyEnergi Zappi charger, which is simply the best thing I've ever experienced, charging my car automatically from solar panels) and a Type 2 to Type 2 cable which is very good quality.

Evolution's Friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable staff have always done everything they can to get my items to me quickly. I know that if I order from them, I'll always have the product support I may need.
