Evoke Kinesiology

The personal growth that I’ve experienced since working with Arnna is incredible! Not only is she a wonderful kinesiologist, but she fosters a community of like minded woman who support each other. Since joining evoke I’ve learnt how to connect more with my body and emotions and found the courage to leave a job and lifestyle that was leaving me burnt out and unfulfilled.

I began the Evoke Kinesiology's programs during the challenging times of the covid pandemic.  These programs provided not only the healing I sought but also the sense of community I craved. I was welcomed into a fantastic group of women who genuinely care about one another, and the support and camaraderie in every program are truly incredible.

I took part in the Evoke Active program. It was a 100-day accountability challenge. It encouraged me to move my body in some way, every day, for those days. Within a private Facebook Group, we were given an accountability buddy who we checked in with every day. We built such a wonderful, supportive community and made real friendships. There were also educational lives with Arnna and online sessions with fitness instructor. It's been a great experience!
