Rebecca Coffey has been my property manager for over a year. She is one of the most professional, organised and friendly property managers I have had. Her service, attention to detail and friendly nature is second to none. While renting our properties, we have also had the pleasure of being a tenant in a property that Rebecca manages and I can confirm that the experience was equally a pleasant. I use Rebecca’s services for all my properties in the area and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Tamara from Carmen Real Estate has managed my Frankston property for several years. In that time she has provided a consistently high standard of service. Tamara has handled a number of challenging situations from lease breaks to major property repairs and has done so efficiently, economically and with an unrivalled attention to detail. No request or requirement has ever been overlooked. I have not much to do with the business per se, all my dealings have been with Rebecca Coffey. She has been timely in her actions, responds quickly to requests, provides reliable advice, and places the client’s interests first. I recommend her highly.

WOULD NOT USE CARMEN EVER AGAIN no matter the how nice the house.

Unflexible with inspections and routine maintenance (mon to Wednesday during work hours). Couldn't switch to weekly payments. PROPERTY MANAGER never answers her phone, gave me a bad reference costing me my future house (owe them no money and leaving the house in pristine shape).

Honestly don't even deserve 1 star

Jarrod handled the sale of our much loved home. His professionalism, expertise and market knowledge gave us certainty that we were in safe hands. Jarrod’s work ethic was incredibly high across all of his properties but he still always ensured a high level of communication was maintained. Needless to say we were very happy from start to finish and we are very pleased to recommend Jarrod to anyone considering selling their home - you won’t find better than Jarrod to look after you.

Incredibly kind and thoughtful staff. Had to arrange for an unwell friend to collect keys - they made sure to run the keys down to street level so he didn’t have to tackle the stairs. Thank you Danielle, it’s so appreciated!

Worst experience ever.
Our real estate agent was so unprofessional and rude. Only interested in landlord and was literally harassing tenants.

Georgia was outstanding! She took on a really difficult tenant in my property who wasn't paying and supported through VCAT and negotiation with said tenant and eventual eviction. She was professional, thoughtful, a great commicator and efficient. I highly recommend her as an agent, your property would be in very good hands!

Having recently purchased a home through Jarrod Carman I can say that I have experienced nothing but excellence from him both during and most importantly after the sale took place. He has been very helpful in assisting us with several items to help make our transition from our existing property to this new one a less stressful experience! Jarrod and the team at Eview are absolutely fantastic to work with. Having dealt with them with both the purchase and sales of properties they have been extremely professional and easy to deal with. We would definitely use Eview again and will be recommending their services to friends and family.

An agency that is only interested in the Landlord and bullies and harasses renters. In 20 years this has been by far the worst agency I have had the misfortune of dealing with as a tenant.

Jarrod was great all round, communicated well, knew the area well, was very professional, helpful, easy to deal with and helped with any query we had or were unsure of at anytime.
As first home buyers we’d looked at a lot of houses for over 6 months to see what we did/didn’t like etc.and dealt with many agents over that period, he was by far the best agent we dealt with, by a mile!
He made the buying process less stressful for us and is someone I’d want to be dealing with my buyers if we were selling a house. His team was also great which was mainly Shaylee and also Tyler. Couldn’t recommend Jarrod enough

Just wanted to give feedback on Tara Perkin's performance during the change over of tenants recently. She was absolutely a delight to work with. Always responsive and available. She took ownership and organised the replacement of a light fitting as an example and generally provided me with good advice.

Also the work she did to find a good tenant is much appreciated!

Overall very happy with the service from eview. I had another agent approaching me a few months ago but glad I stuck with this group.
