Evi-Dent Dental / Hoppers Crossing Family Dentist

I will share my today’s experience with dentist.i booked for Tartar cleaning for my teeth. I was told will cost $110. But at end of the, the took $215 form my pocket. What was said to me $60 for consultation fees we charge, $45 for gum gel liquid stuff we did to your teeth. So their words and their jobs didn’t not match. I am not dealing with them in future.

So happy with this practice! Would recommend it to everyone and anyone! They are very understanding and caring, I was worried about the bill but they told me how much everything is going to cost before proceeding. Was a pleasant experience

I had a wonderful experience getting major work on my teeth. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Dr Sonam and Dr Mariam was very compassionate and understanding. The receptionist Andrea was lovely and kind. The best dentist I have been to. Definitely recommend!

I came in yesterday for 2 wisdom teeth to be extracted. It was a wonderful experience considering the procedure to be quite a undesirable one. I felt at ease during the entire procedure, I was amazed as the proficiency of the dentist. Thank you so much for a great time in your dental chair.
If it wasn't for a limited reason not too, I would be happy to come in another 30 times for the procedure, lol

Very professional in not only treatment but the care towards all ages and persons abilities, they become like family you will definitely maintain your family dental hygiene.

The best dentist I have ever been to they are so friendly and caring. Andrea is so nice and understanding and I really appreciate how they accommodate me with my babies and pram. Very helpful and willing to help with my babies. It’s not something you see very often anymore I will be bringing all of my family to see you’s thank you so much.

I called because I needed a painful tooth pulled, they did more then pull a tooth, the customer service was stunning, ash behind the desk was a down to earth and was happy to explain and work with the customer, Dr Sonam was amazing she was patient and was happy to explain. The process, it was the most painless dentist experience I’ve ever had Id highly recommend them.

Very positive experience from my initial phone call with Andrea who is so welcoming and friendly and helpful, to my emergency appointment with Dr. Sonam who is confident and highly experienced, and follow up visit with Dr. Anwesha who is knowledgeable and supportive.

The staff are both friendly and professional. I am a new patient, and they made me feel welcomed. Dr. Sonam was very helpful with my concerns and communicated with me throughout the whole process. Amazing service.

The staff here are amazing very welcoming calming and reassuring.
I've recently had some work done here and i honesty can not speak highly enough of them (and im petrified of the dentist) which is saying alot.

Not been the dentist for many years with anxiety and I have to say they put me at ease from the moment I booked. Highly recommend as they also talk you through every step and explain treatments and options. Now I question myself why I didn’t book earlier.

Haven't been to a dentist in 10 odd years, went there today, and everyone was absolutely lovely!
Dr. Sinha was amazing, she was gentle, and very considerate, as was her assistant.

Reception was also just as amazing sorting out appointments and helping with payment issues.

All in all I can't recommend this dental clinic enough!

I am petrified of the dentist but I might say I had a tooth extraction and she was absolutely fantastic highly recommend them

I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my invisiligner experience. Dr Sonam explained the process step by step so I was clear on what to expect. In addition to this she worked her magic to fix a pointy edge on one of my front teeth that has bugged me for years. I would 100% recommend anyone to engage HCFD for any dentistry requirements. All the staff are so considerate and I even got a follow up call from Dr Ashwin checking in on my welfare! Thank you all for my this a wonderful experience for me!

May be HCFD intensions are to gold plate every patient teeth, but decision should be left with patient on their preference. Very bad experience, and will never visit or suggest someone to visit.

I had flown in from England and had a horrendous tooth. I luckily got a last minute appointment with Dr Anwesha Sinah and her wonderful dental nurse Sharon and thank God I found her. It was a not a pleasant extraction but they went above and beyond to calm me and reassure me. I was blown away by their kindness and could not recommend more. Thank you so much. Jan Tharme
