Ordered some boots and the next day they were packed and shipped! The team were also very helpful with my questions about which boots to choose and making sure sizing was right. They know their stuff! Fast and good service, and great products - highly recommend this store

I purchased a pair of red back work boots. I had an issue with the steel cap giving me blisters and hurting my foot really bad! Alex was brilliant to deal with. So helpful, understanding, concerned and caring. He went above and beyond in helping me resolve my issue. Awesome customer service is a rare thing these days. Alex has it in bucket loads!

Fantastic service from Luke and his team. Returned an Akubra hat received as a gift for change over for a smaller size during covid. Nothing was too much trouble, Luke answered all my questions and made the process simple.

We got Akubra's from there at a great price. The service was fantastic and we will definitely go back. I wasn't sure as well pulled up as their store it's part of their storage facilities but it was great and they had a good display.

I originally posted a two star review for bad customer service, but I was wrong. I had some trouble with the web contact form and finding the replies Everything Australian had made to my emails. I was using “Everything Australian “ as the search term, but the replies were in Alex and Luke’s names. As a consequence, I thought Everything Australian hadn’t replied to my questions when in fact they had, repeatedly. I apologise unreservedly to Everything Australian for my previous review and fully expect this one to upgrade to 5 stars when my boots and belt arrive.

Update: my boots and belt arrived super fast and I love them. The belt’s quality, thick leather and will probably outlast me. The boots are gorgeous - they’re so soft and the fleece is so thick. Unfortunately I need to return them and swap them for the next size up, but Everything Australian makes returns simple and straight forward.

Ordered two pairs of RM Williams boots from the everything australian team. The shipping and ordering process was easy, and they confirm your payment individually by email. The customer service is outstanding. I had a problem with one of the pairs of boots (RM williams Gardiner's), which arrived defective. The customer service team helped me through the entire process, and offered me replacement versus refund. Responses were very quick, and the whole process had a rapid turn around. I was disappointed at the boots but that was an RM Williams issue; the Everything Australian team were professional, friendly, and overall it was a great customer service experience. I'll probably shop here again in the future.

I received my Akubra Campdraft here in California from E. A.last week. This is a quick note to express my sincere satisfaction with the hat and to thank them for their service.

Given the large size of my head (7 7/8 or 8) I've never really owned a hat that fit other than a Tilley I felt the consequences most acutely during the coldest days of the winter when I simply went without. Thanks to E. A.and Akubra I'm prepared for this winter. Thank you again.

Ordered 2 pants online, took them 3 business days to send.
They put the wrong address on the parcel which confused the post office, added delay in postsge time and didnt end up going to where it was meant to.

I wouldn't recommend using "Everything Australian" online store if you want something sooner rather than later.
