Dropped in around 30 minutes before closing time to get my battery changed. James and Elijah were so accommodating and didn’t mind going extra mile to make my experience absolutely seamless. Best price around VIC and friendly staffs. I won’t look elsewhere. Cheers guys!

Very bad service. Ordered some special batteries online after 2 weeks received refund instead of product. Tried buy same batteries directly over counter from their shop at Kensington. Even worse. They asked me to pay first and pick up later. After one week I called and asked were the batteries. They didn't give me clear answer and told me they will call me later. But nobody called back. For two weeks, every day I call them and get same answer "we will call you back". And just ignore me. Finally, batteries arrived to shop. When I came to pick up batteries person at the counter told me that receipt is not enough, and I need to provide my plastic credit card and driver license. I use app in my phone to pay. So, I didn't have my credit card with me. He told me that he doesn't trust what I have in my phone. So, I have to go home take my plastic card only then I could pick up butteries. Terrible service and nobody even apologised.

Not usually one for leaving reviews but service was great and went above and beyond to replace an old corroded battery.

Mid-December is very slow in Australia - when everyone else is failing on delivery and customer service, Every Battery Kensington beats them all and delivers. Walked in looking for a small battery that had come with a toy bought in the UK. Staff looked up my battery and found the perfect one. I have heard that they supply and install car batteries as well. Even though I wasn't ready to buy a new car battery, they looked up prices for me. I've been meaning to visit this shop for ages and am so glad I did. Quick, efficient, no BS

Went in needing a battery for my ford today and Paul checked to make sure everything worked well and then installed the battery for me whilst explaining everything as he did it. These guys were fantastic. Helpful, knowledgeable, polite, did all the things. Asked the right questions, did the relevant tests, explained what they were doing and what should or should not happen, etc. And then they sold me a new battery for a good price! Heartily recommend.

Hopeless service money up front told me next day battery will be there took them over a week to get the battery and didn't even fit never to go there again

The best products and customer service in Melbourne. They provide way more reasonable price in comparison with other shops and dealers. And they change the battery for you too. Strongly recommend to visit the store and find Derrick. Professional is the only way to describe him.
