I've never seen such a cooperative staff before. Excellent service. I needed Lg G3's battery on an urgent basis because I didn't have any spare mobile phone to use. I called Heidelberg Every Battery's number and explained the problem. They called at their three branches to find the battery. They took the problem very seriously and guided me to go to their other branch.

When I went there, the guy told me to confirm whether it is battery's problem or the mobile phone's problem. He gave me a battery to test my phone first and checked volts of the battery that I was already using. Finally after testing, it was found that it wasn’t the battery’s fault. It was my mobile phone which had the restarting loop problem. If there had been any other person or shop, they wouldn't have allowed me for testing. You guys saved my money and time. I would highly recommend to others. Thanks.
