Poor service and bad attitude from Graeme, he started to fit a battery in my vehicle, half way through the job he buggered off to answer the phone, then gave me attitude when I tried to assist, very poor customer attitude, i won't be back, FFS

Great experience. Not only did they have a range of batteries for our car (range of price points), but the service was above and beyond. Ben was awesome. He noticed the battery connection points were corroded and spent 20 minutes making it right and testing the electrical system. This was my daughter's car. Not even the car I had purchased the battery for. Thanks so much!

Awsome service. Even having a bit of a chat about the traffic and how crazy it gets.

If anybody needs to get their car battery changed, he would replace it at no extra cost.

Staffs over here have a very good knowledge on what they do. They gave good inputs and recommendations. Best place for battery solutions.

These guys were a great helps and fully tested my battery and made sure the alternator was charging

So helpful, quick, great knowledge, and without the premium price I was expecting. I went to buy a car battery to change myself, and they fitted it for me on the spot, in the rain. Literally could not be a happier customer.

I dropped in yesterday and was helped out by Graham. I had a feeling the battery in our Subaru was on its last legs - Graham tested it free of charge and gave me the options of two batteries.

He installed it free of charge and disposed of the old one too - the entire purchase took under 15 minutes.

Absolutely cannot fault service and these guys are super competitive on price - would recommend to anyone who wants a fast and reliable battery purchase!

Oh wow! Not even a customer yet but John was happy to give a really detailed advice and explanation as to how I should go about the issues i was having. I now know where to go whenever I need batteries.

Above and beyond customer service like nowhere else.

We were travelling through Vic, after spending a week on Tassie; but 2 overcast days and the day trip on the ferry almost killed our auxiliary battery. As we still had 6 days camping still left to do before reaching home (and the fridge hitting up to 15°) I needed to charge my battery fast!
They helped me over the phone, had the right equipment in stock and held the product for me until I arrived.
4 hours of driving later, and with the right part fitted, and my 3.5yo AGM battery is working as good as new!
Their service was A1, stock the best products and the price was very competitive! Highly recommend.
I’ll be contacting them when I upgrade my 80w solar panel! Thanks again John, -Stu

Really happy with the service and professionalism of the staff here at Every Battery Ashburton. They helped me to price check the battery I needed, gave me recommendations on the different batteries they had on offer, and then helped to reinstall it and check it free of charge, even after I picked the battery up, installed it myself and returned some hours later. Very impressed and I’d be happy to return. Thanks guys!

Cannot believe how good this guys have been.
Order a battery online, went to the shop and after spending a good 15min with me John advise than I shouldn’t get it change as everything was good.
Refund was done straight away by the guys from Ringwood.

I just dropped in to check out what are the options for my new used car with a flat battery, but instead of just pushing me to buy a new battery like every other shop does, Ben insisted to check and test my existing battery which turn out to be in excellent condition, only going flat as the previous owner did not start the car for very long time. Good prices and excellent, courteous service. My battery install was a bit complex but Ben took the time to do it right.

I was here shortly after 9am on a Sunday, and although busy, the gentleman working on his own took the time to help each person in turn and provided excellent advice for me as I was after a deep cycle battery for my 4WD. Fitting can be arranged on site also. Highly recommended.

I can make my own electricity and save it in a battery now. There are led acid batteries and lithium batteries. Also there are solar cells and various power controllers. I’m Happy. (oops drank too much)
