Paul and the team at Eversafe were excellent. Installation was seamless, tech team were friendly and really informative. They patiently explained how to use the system and took me through all the apps and set up process. They took great care installing the system and everything was left clean and tidy. Love the system, easy to use, so happy I trusted my security to Eversafe.

After a nasty and scary experience, i decided to add video camers to my already existing security system, and the decision to go with Eversafe has been one of the best i have ever made.
As soon as i made contact with the company and explained to Paul my predicament he organized the entire outlay from his office and within one week the video security was being intalled. No messing around with sale's people; the boss himself takes care of everything
The installation was one of the best job i have ever had done in my many years of life. From the moment the two technicians entered the house, up to completion of the job (with only about 20 minutes for lunch) they worked relentlessly. But this was not all! As the plaster was being cut, the dustpan was held close to the ceiling to collect the dust: even the few specks that escaped were vaccumed up soon after.
I call the vey last part of the job the cherry on top of the icing. Both technicians sat with me and showed me how the system works in a way that i understood everything they were saying.
I dont think there are words in the English dictionary to express my gratitude for such great service which today is very difficult to find. (Especially when an older person keeeps putting off essential and often vital work in fear of not knowing who enters her home)

Rory the Eversafe technician arrived at around 8.15 am as arranged, helped us to decide where best to locate all the security system items then proceeded to install. He was joined around midday by Harti who assisted with completing the installation and testing the system then ran me through how to operate it. The exercise took all day but both Eversafe technicians were hard at it for the whole time they were here. The end result is a great system very neatly installed that we are very happy with.
