Everlasting Bouquets

We have finally just received our framed bouquet. We only had to wait 16 months!

All of the 1 star reviews are completely accurate and are exactly what we experienced too.

-Poor quality cardboard frame wrapped all over in white sticky tape
-No communication unless wanting money
-Squashed looking flowers with muted colours
-Bouquet not centered in frame
-Glue smears all over backing board
-Double sided tape showing behind Bouquet
-No communication on proofing layout before completion of job
-High price for mediocre work.

Looks good at a quick glance but the closer you look the worse it gets.

For a business opperating within a nich industry I am surprised to find that they seem to have absolutely no artistic ability or execution (That or they dont really care). They get close enough to finish the job but dont fulfill the main requirement of preserving memories that people will actually want to keep forever.

I had my daughter's wedding bouquet 're made and sent to Joanne to be preserved. We did had a number of discusses with not only Joanne but others and bases on the professional advise and the reassurance of all the care they took to preserve the original arrangement we sent it to her. After a long awaited 6 months finally it was sent back. We cried. You be the judge.see photos. We called, text with no response. Finally Jo agreed to pay for the return and to fix and recolour. After a further 3 months she presented is with finished product.photo 3.

When advising I was not happy and after spending over $1000 I wanted to go halves with the costs. Jo agreed and said she would go halves Buwould look at the invoice. In the end she refused to refund all the money and kept the $250 non refundable deposit.
I advised that she did not provide the the service we paid for and therefore wanted the $250 also refunded. Jo stopped responding.

Very happy with my wife's preserved bouquets. We booked with Everlasting Bouquets shortly after our wedding as my wifes bouquet was so great that she didn't want to let it die. We had it preserved with some nice photos from our wedding along with my buttonhole & bow tie. So glad we had it done. It now sits nicely in our lounge room and everyone comments on how nice it is. Thanks to this great business.

Ive used this business twice now, one for my own wedding and one for a funeral. I must say they were very helpful and in both circumstances. They did the design of the flowers in the frame really well and they were both exactly what I wanted. Will use them again if I have to.

We love our preserved flowers done by this company. They did a great job of the layout and overall presentation. The frame is good quality and professionally presented. Its a long process to preserve the flowers but worth it in the end as the finished result is fantastic. Thanks for doing a great job.

My flowers turned out beautiful. This company did an amazing job and were nice to deal with. The preservation is a slow process as they have to remove the moisture from the flowers but it is well worth the wait. Can't be happier and will refer them to my friends. Thankyou.

I can’t speak more highly of this business. My wife had some flowers preserved and framed and the whole process was flawless from beginning to end. Not only was the finished result beyond our expectations, Joanne was lovely to deal with and very professional. Although the process was timely, as it takes a while for the flowers to be preserved, it was very much worth the wait. The communication was excellent and the process was explained thoroughly. I didn’t realise how much time and work goes into each job. The price was reasonable compared to other similar businesses we enquired with. We are very happy we chose Everlasting Bouquets and will definantly use them again if we need to.

We received our Daughters Wedding Bouquets today and we are quite devastated that the bouquets look nothing like the bouquets on the day of the wedding and the flowers I sent down to you and trusted with. I now have a very unhappy daughter that can not look at those flowers in the frame and think of her special day as there is flowers missing as you can see from the pictures I sent you, the orchids and the snapdragons and god knows what else where are they if someone has intrusted you with their flowers to look as they were one the day, you well and truly aren’t trustworthy plus the time frame between emails when I would send them and the reply was not prompt!

One Star is even too much, so very disappointed just wanted to cry.
My stunning bouquet of lovely white roses are now a shriveled bunch of grey, a purple and slight pink color. Devastated at the amount of money I
spent, looks nothing like the pictures in the gallery.
How is this woman allowed to operate such a business. She never returns calls, or emails I was the one making all the correspondence.
All the good reviews i would say are written by her family or friends.
Consumer Affairs will be hearing about this one.

I would (and already have to future brides I know) recommend against this business. The end result is not amazing but it's okay. The customer service is terrible! I had to chase up Joanne on everything, and if I left a voicemail or sent a message/email she never returned my call. To top it off, it took over a month longer than I was originally told.

Everlasting Bouquets preserved the flowers from my mothers funeral. From day one their service was very professional. They listened & understood exactly what I wanted and delivered a beautiful memorial of my mums flowers. The frame and quality of the final presentation is excellent. I will recommend them to anyone.

I had my flowers framed by this business and are over the moon with the result. I had a combination of roses, lillies and orchids in my bouquet and had them framed with my invitation and 2 photos. Everyhing looks fabulous; the colors, the layout & the quality. I now have fantastic memories from my wedding which will last forever! Thanks for doing a great job.
