Highly recommend Everlast for all landscaping needs. They updated our entire backyard including resurfacing around the pool, new pool fence, storage unit, concreting and timber composite decking. Price was unmatched by any other quote, customer service was impeccable, and all of the workers went far and beyond in the job. The most respectful bunch of tradies I’ve ever dealt with.

Concrete slab poured by this business. Slick sales pitch stating our quality is the best. Quote was done by a guy I assume did not know much about it. I wanted a pattern put in the centre, no problem said the quote guy, we can do any pattern, any colour. Ended up with the pattern in the wrong location with a finish that looked amateurish. What was supposed to be the centre piece is off centre, not square and very poorly finished. Permanent reminder of an ordinary job.
Owner didn’t seem to care, just wanted to know when I would make final payment.
Don’t believe any of the five star reviews, they offer to reduce your bill by $50 if you give them five stars. Sort of defeats the purpose of doing a review?
Would not recommend this place at all.

When the fence was installed, didn't even realise they had used touch up paint. Doesn't look so good now.

If the powder coating was done properly, transporting the fence should not result in any damage. Looks like defective powder coating if it requires this much touch up!

This is the fence after 2 years. Not sure how they are trying to help, Everlast has not attempted once to contact me.

Try to get a quote to get job done for my property. They grab your detail and promise to get back. Still haven't heard back. Seriously hire MORE staff if you're short of workers at reception or whatever it is

Should have taken more note of the negative feedback. Doing a pool build wanted to go with someone who could do all the work. Initially sent an enquiry and was told yep that’s work we do send photos for better idea. Nearly a month later still waiting

Everlast services helped me to understand options with my fence and sliding automated gate. Mr J was so helpful, very understandable person and lots of knowledge to give you best opinion for your needs, it was very easy to deal and always answered on my calls when I needed some information, I would happily recommend all of his services,

After several e-mails and the promise of a quote, followed up with several phone calls no response. Very very poor service at least have the decency to say you are too busy but not responding not good business.

I originally reached out Aug 1st last year for a Landscaping quote, and after numerous calls (and simultaneously emailing them as well), Shelly the receptionist always advised 'J will get back to you'. After receiving no replies I again tried in late October, finally received a reply from J but only to be told 'we are booked till next year'. I pressed if he could at least provide a quote, so that if we are satisfied we will happily wait till next year when they are available. He replied with a Quote for one job out of the 10 or so other jobs we are after, then said he would forward the remainder to 'someone who can do this a bit quicker they will help you. ', but again I never heard back! I followed up a number of times asking for this other person's details, so that i could at least contact him/her directly.never heard back! Nothing! Bottom line everyone, their site is impressive, their payment plan options are very appealing, but communication wise or rather lack of it, is extremely disappointing! Whilst being understanding to COVID circumstances, it should never be this hard to communicate with a business regarding their services. If you are inundated with requests, please hire more Staff. If unable to do so, then at least please have the professional courtesy to reply to every request.

We put our deposit down for fence and decking in October. We were told fence posts would be up the following week and the rest of the work would be done within a month. Currently, we have paid most of the money and the work is only part done. I've tried calling multiple times. Occasionally, I get an SMS saying that they will call me back and they never do. It looks like they have taken my money and run. Be weary.

Recently we had our concreting done on my drive way and front yard.
The job well completed by the concreter, smoothly and very high quality.
They are hardworking and efficient.

Everlast service will be my go to company if I have any other needs in my house.

The Everlast team delivered a gate and long driveway. Their service is excellent and the result is very professional. I requested an adjustment to the gate and it was not problem to organise someone to come and make the changes. How hard is it to get any tradesperson to do this! Very happy customer and would recommend and use Everlast again.

I was quoted 3000 dollars for a 1.7m gate. Yeah nah

Update, since the owner has taken the trouble to reply: the person who answered the phone had the opportunity to ask all these questions and supply these answers: they didnt. Its not my fault you staff have no idea, perhaps train your staff instead of blaming me.

First interaction was a let down. It took them 1 week to respond to my query of a quote for concreting work. Then the lady calls up with a quote so vague and out of ordinary and not even inspecting the place (it seem that they gave the huge quote so that I refuse straightaway). Anyway I got the same work done at 1/6th the money! For me, not a great customer service.

Custom made and installed a divider fence between two townhouses. It was a dificult job as it was high and a raisd garden bed mad it difficult to staedy a ladder. They called inextra labour and efficiently did an excellent job. It looks amazing. Installers were very considerate and skilled. Already recommended the firm to neighbours

Our business has been ordering materials from this company for the last couple of months! We are extremely happy with the service provided and the quality of their product! I definitely highly recommend.

Jay and his team did a very professional job supplying and installing our Slimwall acoustic panel front fence with gate for our terrace house in Richmond. His crew were very hard working and efficient, getting the job done quickly with minimal fuss in all weather conditions. Would highly recommend.
