I highly recommend Dr Xing! Dr Xing is professional skilled in herbs and accupunture, and he’s well knowledgeable with difficult and complicated disease in both traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine aspects.

Dr Xing is very competent at getting to the source of your problem. At my first consultation Dr Xing very quickly located the issue by asking pertinent questions and through physical checks of the tongue, the 6 pulses of the body etc. From this analysis he was able to treat the issue using tried and tested acupuncture plus chinese herbs know to clear the problem. I have been seeing Dr Xing for many years for several issues, such as my back ache, acnes, irregular period, period pain, bad sleeps and stomach problems which did not work by using Western Medicine. Dr Xing is a very professional, patient and nice person. He always treat me by looking at the whole picture instead of treating single problem. As we all know Chinese Medicine can not only release the symptoms but also can cure the root of disease and illness. Jenny and other receptionist are very nice and kind to everyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Xing for 2 months now for my eczema rash after reading comments here. When I first booked my appointment, I have to wait for almost 3 weeks and thanks to Jenny who called me up and told me she could slot me in after someone cancelled the appointment. Before I started my treatment, I used to take antihistamine to ease the itching. About 5 weeks after taking the herbal medicine, I could stop using the antihistamine and the result is amazing. My husband Peter had a severe hemorrhagic stroke in Oct 2015. At that time the doctors said his chance of survival was 1%.

After spending a year in hospital & rehab, he was left with dysphonia, severe contractions on the limbs and legs, severe left neglect and cognitive impairment.

In oct 2016, we were so thankful for Sophia to recommend us to Dr Xing. We were told that the acupuncture treatment was to be accompanied with drinking Traditional Chinese medication. It was a big challenge for Peter as he experienced great difficulty in swallowing thin liquids at that time. We had to flush the traditional Chinese medication via his PEG tube.

For the past one and a half years, Dr Xing has performed acupuncture three times a week at different parts of the body including the scalp, limbs, palms, legs and spine (with us bringing a hoist to the clinic for transfer to the bed). Peter also takes boiled traditional Chinese medication twice a day.

It is overwhelming how Peter has achieved a milestone in his recovery. He has had the PEG tube removed last year and is now drinking regular liquids and TCM orally. He has gained some muscles in his left arm and leg which was much thinner before. His left fingers are no longer crunched up and the wrist is also not curled up. His muscle contraction in his right hand and leg is now more relaxed, allowing him to work better with therapists when exercising.

Peter has also improved neurologically and is now cognitively intact. He is able to converse with Dr Xing using his real voice.

Through this treatment from Dr Xing, Peter’s white platelet count has increased even without the intervention of western medication. His hypertension has also been regulated and he no longer needs any more hypertension medication.

It is still a long journey of rehabilitation for Peter. His current goal is to be able to stand up and walk with assistance. We share this dream with Dr Xing and his dedicated team.

I saw Dr Xing for Meniere's Disease. Despite the claim of a high success rate (70%) the combination of herbs and acupuncture he provided was no more successful than Western medicine - that is, not at all. And it was quite expensive - $170 for the initial visit and $120 for subsequent visits none of which is rebatable with Medicare. In some cases perhaps it may be effective but be prepared for disappointment. For those interested I have found some benefit from Tai Chi

Over 11 years ago having had very bad Allergic reaction to antibiotics I was told of the benefits of Chinese Medicine by a friend of mine who Dr Jim Xing had treated for a detached Retina which he treated with success.
Though sceptical at first I decided to give it a go.
I expected a quick fix, a tablet a pill and all would be done ; not the case; its a whole body treatment to improve the bodies health balance.

I've been seeing Dr Jim for over 12 months for CFS, which i have suffered from for more than 20 years. Im seeing positive results, particularly in the last 6 months or so. The treatment is a combination of herbs and acupuncture. I would recommend anyone with fatigue, energy or gut issues to see Dr Jim Xing.

Dr Jim and his wife Jenny are amazing people. I first saw them for shingles and then later for pregnancy related issues. I cannot imagine having gone through either experience without them. They know what they are doing. Highly recommend them! Take care.

I'm so lucky to have Dr Jim. I have seen him for about four years. Whatever I have any symptoms, discomforts and conditions, Jim looks after me very well.

The results I have had with Dr Jim have been amazing! So good in fact that I have sent many family members and friends to see him as well, all have had great results.

I went to the Murrumbeena clinic in 2013 for a treatment for my hayfever. It took a year before my hayfever was cured, something which Dr Jim had advised prior to treatment. I visited him on a regular weekly basis before switching to a fornightly basis after 6 months of herbal treatment. Dr Jim never prescribed the same concoction during each visit, instead concocting different prescriptions according to my condition during each follow up visit. I would say that Dr Jim is a very professional doctor who is definitely highly experienced in this field of work. The only reason why the treatment seemed to take a long time is because he emphasized heavily on building up of the body's immune system first. Once the immune system is stabilized, the symptoms will be alot easier to deal with, which is consistent with how traditional chinese medicine works.

I would highly recommend Dr Jim to anyone who is in search for a traditional chinese medical doctor due to his professionalism and honesty.

They will claim that they can fix everything and that you will have to have a combination of accupuncture and herbs which initially cost $175 and then $125. It's a lie - they can only fix a common cold and that is it. For anything more than a common cold, I would highly not recommend them! The accupuncture bruised my entire body where they put them and the herbs have made my virus worse.
