I bought protien powder from here for the very first time. If you want 5% discount, go on Wednesday and for 10% go on last Wednesday of the month. Great costumer service and very nice staff.

-Customer service I received today was disappointed & disgusting.
-Very bad Customer Service.
-I’m the customer for 4 years, Every time when I visited always spend $600.
-When I pick up my stuff this morning and he refuse to give me the price before!
-And he given me too many excuses, prices going up.blah?
-And I know that price always the same, then I show him the Original Tax Invoice for 4 yrs with that price.
-Before I walk off, I told him u lost one customer so far, and I never going back again.
-Then he replied to me, what can he do with that order? That order cost $300. Well that’s your problem.
-I will tell my friends don’t shopping there!

Evelyn Faye Bourke St.is an excellent store for sports supplements, and for sure the products are genuine, which to me is the most important thing since there are a lot of reproductions out there and you don't want to risk your health for a few dollars! Staff is friendly and professional, especially Adam who does a commendable job on ensuring delightful Customer Experience! Highly recommended store.

Been coming here for quite a while, but my experience last week was pretty bad. Was served by a girl with an unpleasant and impolite manner.

The staff looked after me very well when I visited the store. I had misplaced my credit card and my eftpos card expired. I had to borrow a phone charger from the er m and still the app wouldn't work. I ended up going to the bank to get cash; by then embarrassed! You always have an awesome range of products. I can never leave the store empty handed. Thank you.

Great range of products. I have been buying my protein from this store for a while now. Great staff attitude and customer service. Also good discounts. They also have extra discount if you are going to certain gyms, worth asking about it. The Price are not expensive and the place is usually not crowded. It is also in a very convenient location, close to metro and tram stations.

Good service, great range and helpful staff. Products could be cheaper and members offers could be better. It's a king wait for wild Wednesdays. Why not just offer discount to members or a point reward system

Great shop a lot of variety! Adam gave me max discount on all products, I got a whey/casein protein mix (Giant-$89), Creatine nitrate (body ripped-$23.95), magnesium tablets (Nutri vial-$28.50) and zinc (herbs of gold-$16.50) got 15% off total price. Threw in a free shaker and amino acid tester. 5* rating and such knowledgeable staff. Definitely going again

Good range of vitamins not sure the dietary staff understand keto and fasting but they have a great range not the lowest price but the widest range.
