Really nice modern pharmacy that rises western and Eastern remedies nicely.
You can find products all the way from the US and Germany to South Korea and right at home from Australia.
The staff are super helpful and attentive.
Highly recommend for natural herbs, protein powders, and skincare/ body care serums, lotions, shampoos and more.

The staff are always helpful. Some prices are a bit high, but I prefer to pay because the staff is VERY knowledgeable.

Great staff very nice and prices are competitive, was offered help by 3 different staff who were able to offer their expertises.

Great selection of naturopathic items, herbs and tonics, some of which are near impossible to procure elsewhere in Australia. This is a wonderful reflection on the staff's depth of knowledge and willingness to stock items their competitors don't. Prices are pretty fair too.

Absolutely love this place. We are always greeted by Emily who is always guiding us and giving us the best advice on health. The variety of products and stock is amazing. Definitely recommend

Helpful friendly staffs, one store have run out of one product and the sales tm offered to call another branch to check stock and put it on the side for me to pick up the next day.

Having traveled the world a fair bit I must say we Aussies have customer service right down pat! This store on Clarendon St is no exception. The only exception is the thorough knowledge of the staff and their willingness to share it. This goes a long way in demonstrating their passion for the job. Yea I suppose 9 out of 10 are happy one might unfortunately miss out on the day but that's not because the staff is lazing around infact they are going above and beyond to meet every customers wide range of expectations. My experience as a customer of 5 years has been spot on and even though I travel I always return for my top up at this very store. Yep they might not have everything but they work with the city store to bring it over. Apologies for the rambling but I reckon it's important to note and recognize the efforts of the staff.

Customer service is a joke at this place very rude and not helpful at all! Wont even help with items listed on there website saying the website is for there city store only avoid this place at all cost!
