Have gotten 2 pcs built in the last 10 years by Evatech, brilliant service and end product both times.

I've just purchased my third computer from Evatech. They are brilliant. Their webstore is well-designed. Ordering is smooth. The computers have worked flawlessly. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Most satisfactory online purchase ever! Evatech provided update and notifications on the order status timely and in detail for multiple stages, from order comfirmed all the way through to delivery. Got my desktop in 2 days after order, compare to my previous order from scoptec that stayed for 2 weeks waiting for parts, and no communication at all. Recommending it to all of my friends needing a new desktop.

I have purchased 4 gaming computers so far and everyone is still running, not a problem after 6 years. I would recommend getting them to make the build to suite your budget than getting a pre-done box.

I love working with my new super powerful computer built for video editing, using adobe products. I am very pleased with the quality of the build and especially the fancy-colored lights generated, gives the computer a great Sci-Fi futuristic look; and the computer is very fast. Evatech was easy to deal with and had the computer built and ready within a week. They were also very fast with a response to a couple of queries I had. Overall, an A+
I'm working now and can't believe to speeds I'm getting with renders.

I had been looking online for a while to purchase a new gaming PC after my previous laptop had died. There are plenty of places to choose from, but I ended up going with Evatech. There were 3 big reasons for doing so:
1. Easy to follow menu. I'm not the most tech-savvy and choosing parts was a total breeze.
2. The "custom PC building guide" page was an absolute godsend!
3. The range of parts available and their customisation options.
Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend Evatech. The best Australian custom PC builder I found, and doesn't even come close to JB Hi Fi or Harvey Norman's "high-performance" PC's. They weren't the cheapest option (a fact they even admit), but they weren't the most expensive either. However, they have great customer support, amazing customisation, no underhanded tricks to upsell - full support! Thanks Evatech. I'm excited for many years of awesome gaming!

Rather than buying an anonymous typical purchase from the multinationals like AlienWare/MSI/JB Hi-Fi, why would you not support a Melbourne company like this instead to buy your tailored gaming PC and gaming parts? What I really like about the guys that service you is that they really know their parts/have a love of gaming PCs but never try to upsell/recommend more specs than you really need. Their 'custom pre-configured PC' range is now very broad for purchase consideration, including smaller-form factor PCs for smaller homes/rooms.

One of the better companies out there. They deliver a great range of computers, amazing warranty and offer useful and quick updates and responses while they test a faulty computer. 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking to buy a decent PC.

My 3080 stopped working in mid December. Evatech had no issues with me sending them the card, checking it, offering me a replacement and delivering it to before Christmas.

I bought a gaming pc from these guys about a year ago, was having some difficulty with a blue screen error recently and wireless connection issues. I sent my SSD card and wireless adapter back to Evatech. They sent me a new SSD and wireless adapter, and now everything is working perfectly. Just want to thank Evatech for the great work!

I ordered their pre-built SPEC-01 PC and a monitor for my wife on this Monday, they are very patient in answering all my questions before I place the order, and the subsequent email/phone communications has been very timely and efficient. They are also very flexible so as to achieve customer satisfaction which I really appreciate. I received both the PC and monitor yesterday midday, the wires are so neatly run I thought it was missing parts when I first looked into the PC, until I opened the side lid and saw the great work they've done. Plugged in & runs perfectly without issue. So far this has been an excellent experience, will definitely contact them again when updating my own PC.

Recently upgraded my system for a home/office and settled on Evatech. Good prices, but not the primary concern for me. I had very specific requirements not necessarily suited to gamers, and there were a number of options available, but as with all things of this nature, getting all of the components working together can sometimes be a pain.

Fantastic outcome. Went with some of the recommendations including the motherboard and case which were exactly what I was looking for. They completed some background research for me to validate the suitability of some components and saved me having to do it. It ended up being a completely custom build for my requirements and there wasn't a single element that wasn't exactly what I'd hoped for.

Highly recommended.

100% positive experience with Evatech. First time buying a expensive PC build and had questions about specs. Ryan from support is awesome guy to work with. He'll help you with any questions and really detailed yet easy to understand explanations.
If you have any issues with your purchase, call up and ask for help with it. Ryan took plenty of time to help me with a simple issue I didn't understand.

Definitely 5/5 stars for quality, efficiency and service. My son ordered a gaming computer the weekend before Christmas, and it was built and delivered (from Melbourne to Sydney) before Christmas eve. Can't fault their after-sales service afterwards either, as they rectified an issue (which had nothing to do with the initial build) within a couple of days of me emailing them. Highly recommended.

Our custom-built Evatech PC arrived early this year and we just have to say what clean and beautiful job you guys have done with it. We found ourselves staring at it and admiring the work for a few minutes before finally turning the PC on. We’ve already rendered a few projects using this new system and it is performing really well.

It was such an easy process from start to finish and your expertise and advice were invaluable. I highly recommend speaking with these guys when building your own custom system.

Had the worst experience ever. Bought what was supposed to be a high end system online through their website. Once paid for, Evatech refused to tell me what components I was purchasing and a breakdown of the costing regardless of my concerns that I wouldn't be happy with the quality of parts they were selecting.
Their markups were insane once I found out some of the parts I was getting.
They tried calling themselves a boutique computer shop that were offering a unique service. All they were in the end were a shop that prayed on people that didn't know much about computers.
I ended up managing to cancel my order after being screwed about for at least a month. And that was because I was so frustrated and annoyed with their poor service and talking in circles that I ended up coming across as way too difficult to deal with. I kept hounding them to tell me what components they were putting in my system. The ones I did find out were worth nearly half the price they were charging me. They obviously don't know how to handle people that actually want to know what they're paying for.
Seriously, go to Scorptec. I got double the system for thousands less and they offered to put my system together and burn it in for free which was the special service Evatech claimed to offer. They didn't even manage to get my system running due to using a motherboard that wasn't up to scratch for the cpu I'd bought. Not a good experience at all.
My advice to anyone that has bought from Evatech in the past. Check the components in your system and price them yourself. I'll be suprised if what you received was inline with what you paid. Don't take my word for it, please check yourself.
There is plenty of computer places out there that will put a great system together for you if you tell them your budget, plus they will supply you with a breakdown of where your hard earned money is going.
