Always happy with the care from this clinic. Good experiences with all staff here. Specifically, Dr Gopel is calm, listens thoughtfully and is clear with information. I have been a patient for 20 years.

This was a daunting experience but the nurse was extremely kind, considerate & professional. Cannot fault her in anyway.

Otherwise clinic has been alright

I've been unwell for 2 months now with a persistent cough sore throat coughing blood amd vomiting
Seems like he refuses to see a new paitent first time you must have a viral infection and couple weeks later you must have asthma and writes a prescription for ventolin will not even try to diagnose my condition and will just do diagnostic dart board diagnostics I asked for some test as I want to get better asap and he said I have to wait 2 weeks untill Dr sign comes back as
i seen him earlier this year Which was a seperate condition or call an ambulance and then goes to say he can't diagnose my condition as he only does emergencies.this has been the worst experience I've had with a doctor and decided to give a 1 star review because I wish it doesn't happen to anyone else.

I just want to see a doctor and get better and an accurate diagnosis

Excellent clinic front desk ladies are extremely nice and the doctors are excellent I highly recommend this clinic

Rude and unhelpful reception staff. Have had to wait for 2 hours past appointment times for a particular doctor at multiple occasions. Dr Singh is great though.

I’ve been coming to this clinic since the 90’s when I was a child. Larry has been my family GP for 30 years, one of my grandfathers paintings hangs in his room. I am getting increasingly frustrated that appointments are impossible to get, doctors are constantly on leave and we are not told, repeat scripts through HotDoc are rejected with no clear reason given, management do not respond to complaints in a timely fashion and there seems to be zero organisation. We are now paying through the nose for a service that’s worse than it was when the service was bulk billed. I am feeling incredibly anxious and distressed trying to get the medication that helps me live my life. I am furious and disgusted.

Friendly Staff at reception and Doctor I saw was great. Will definitely go back there for anything medical.

Have been going to Evans clinic since the time I moved nearby. Always got right diagnosis with right medicines. Waiting time management however needs improvement.

Very happy with service from my Dr, the only thing I can suggest is maybe schedule appointment so no one has an extremely long wait

I booked my appointment for 11: 50 am. Arrived 11: 40 am.
When it was 12: 20 I asked the receptionist if there are any people before me?
She said 2 people.
12: 45 both of those people left.
13: 00 I stil haven't been called by doctor.
Asked receptionist what is going on?
Guess what was the answer: there is one person
If management is reading this, you need to change something as I am aware that a lot of people are waiting unreasonable amount of time.
Also I should say that I have other things to do instead of waiting 2 hours for your valuable GP to call me!
This is ridiculous and outrageous!

Waited an hour and a half over my appointment time to be told I can't do it and you need to see your normal GP here.

My first visit to this surgery and I found the reception staff very friendly and efficient. No long waiting time to see doctor which was great. Good experience so far.

Took my 6 week old to see doctor Nurul Bakri. She is fantastic very caring and thorough great female doctor!

Cannot fault any of the team at Evans street Clinic.

Dr Ramesh Singh is one of the least caring doctors I've ever seen. He is the type who will quickly push you through the door and not actually care about your health. Don't come here, there are way better options in Sunbury.

Doctor Ian Gopal displayed a depth of care and understanding with my elderly mother which was beyond that of a doctor / patient clinical experience. His true care for her personal well-being as much as her medical needs after the recent loss of her partner of 62 years was exemplary.
