Evans Road Medical Centre reviews
78Worst doctors and receptionist ever. Will never go back! Annoyed I have to give them 1 star at all
Reception Roma in Evans road medical center is very helpful she is doing best job in her field.
Recently saw Dr Ankush Gupta, what a gentleman man he is amazing and caring person. Very satisfied with way of speaking and how good of a person he is. Thank you Dr Ankush
Caring and good dentist, Thank you very much for my daughter’s dental check up and Dr Malhi was very cooperative through the whole procedure.
I waited for almost an hour in The late afternoon appointments. They should make appointments accordingly so Doctors can see patients under their medical time frame. So happy I have moved to another surgery they really respect your valuable time.
Tried booking as a new client, so ineligible for a Telehealth appointment (which I understood) - I have a cold and they asked me to do a rat test - I don't have access to one - so they told me I couldn't come in so I could get a medical certificate? They are a DOCTORS office? They wanted me to go out into the public to get a rat test for potentially having covid and for me to be able to come in and have an appointment with a doctor? Where is the logic in that? Won't be trying to book again.
They really treat patient’s very professionally and very carefully they have good doctor’s and nurses tgere to help you and to answer your questions specially dr. Balbir singh and nurse komal verma and they have really good reception staff also to help you like aman and muskan
If I could give negative, I would have done that because this clinic does not deserve even a single star until a receptionist named Jenny is here. She is so rude to the patients who are already suffering. I could not understand and I told her to repeat and she raised her voice to the maximum level. When I asked her what’s her name she said Jenny. I hope she gave me the correct name.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care we received from Nurse KOMAL during our recent visit for flu vaccines. She truly made a lasting impression on both myself and my children.
Nurse went above and beyond in ensuring that my kids felt comfortable. They couldn't believe how painless the injections were! In fact, they excitedly shared with me that they now have no fear of getting any future injections, all thanks to Nurse komal's gentle touch. <3 <3
Long waiting…
Doctors goes 30 minute sleeps after seeing one patient. Pathetic service, never recommend to any one…
Its best clinic in the cranbourne area. I would like to prefer to everyone. Specially Thank full to janny mam.
Take your stupid sign down. You do not have a pharmacy!
Pretty inconvenient getting the babies and kids out of the car when your sign is lying!
No help having the receptionist say “ohh no.the sign is wrong”
No… the medical centre is wrong.
All wrong. Update your stuff and stop inconveniencing people!
Poor communication among reception staff, made me wait at the pharmacy with sick child 45 minutes.
Normally see Dr Kay here who’s amazing. Took my son to see Dr Singh the other week, waited well over an hour, fine, went back today to get results of test which we already know the results for and needing a referral for a surgeon, was told at the reception that Dr Singh was running behind about 40mins, ok so we went to get a drink to fill in time, came back and was told by reception there was 1 person infront of our appointment, awesome, to sit there for another 45mins watching 3 other patients go in before us, then when I questioned it I was told by reception “umm I’m not sure there was only one infront of you “. I had noticed that the 3 before him would just walk up to Dr Singhs door and go in. 1.5 hours of waste! I understand busy but that is just rude. Now they won’t even email me results.
Whilst taking my NDIS client to the centre to get blood tests. We used my clients electric chair from Casey Grange which is across the road from the medical centre. We crossed at the lights and then could not access the main doors from the footpath as there is no ramp. We could not get around to the car park to get another ramp and had to go on the busy road to be able to gain access. Spoke with reception regarding this issue and was greeted with a “I’m not sure and oh well” same response from the pathology worker. Not acceptable in this day and age of caring for disability clients who need to access a medical centre with ease. Bad client satisfaction.
Waited more than an hour for the appointment, rude receptionist.
This review is not on the doctors working here.
Had to wait over an hour for a pre booked appointment, they called me asking if I was gonna come when I was already there, because I had to wait for so long I couldn't do my test there after having the appointment since the laboratory there closed 10 min prior, which I could have gotten it easily since I was waiting for over an hour, then I had to drive to another doctors to get my test done.
Worst doctors I have been to in my life had an appointment and it took them over 1 hour to after my appointment to go into and people during that hour that came after me I later got a call from the doctor asking me if I was coming when I was already there and it ended up being because the dumb receptionist forgot to the tell the doctor I was there even tho I was there for the whole hour
Always positive experience whenever I visit this place. Staff is really helpful and cooperative
I have been a regular patient of evans road for many years. I had a serious accident many years ago where I had to learn how to walk again, the support that Dr. Singh has provided myself over this journey has been exceptional. A very sympathetic and an extremely helpful doctor who utilises his medical experience to further assist with my rehabilitation.
I won’t go to any other practices as the care provided has helped immensely.
If you are looking for a doctor that will further assist and show the care you require, I highly recommend you book an appointment.
Would give 10 stars if I could.
I’m extremely surprised by the negative reviews below, I have a different experience regularly. It’s disappointing that negative reviews are posted based on waiting times, not the care and service provided when you are seen too- there is Covid and flu everywhere, every practise has a wait time…
