10/10 Would recommend this place, i have absolutely loved the quality of the work that has been done to my car, and all staff have great hospitality, would not go anywhere else!

If your European car is out of warranty then this is the place to get your service done.

Amazing work, great service and fair quotations. Super friendly receptionist and honesty team of people. I was kept regularly informed throughout the whole process and I am 1000% happy.

I had to replace my golf's gear box and was nervous about expecting a hefty price. I did shop around but I am so grateful to come across european prestige car care. In my case, these guys beat other European car specialist prices by big margin.

In addition, I unfortunately got rear ended by another driver a few days before I sent my car here for repairs. Again, European Prestige, reviewed and provided a fair quotation, took care of my bumper and she came back super clean!

An icing on the cake, I had also requested for a service book maintenance check to compare if the dealership were doing me a dodgy. European prestige confirmed my suspicions, were honest and included a few complimentary service.

Very very disappointed with this place. I have waited for 3 weeks so far, for a simple service quote on a transmission. So many excuses, some don’t even make sense. You walk in and you get a fake welcome. No call backs as they say they will. I can’t understand why lie so much with excuses. For goodness sake it was only a simple service quote. It was like I had asked to build me a race car. Lucky there are still better places out there, where one can get good old fashion service. I thought I might give these guys a try since they claim they are the best. It just could not happen for me.
Shame on you lady at the desk as well. Not professional at all. Hopefully management reads this and rectifies the service you gave me.

Probably the best car service, repair and roadworthy place I’ve been to in terms of reliability and passion. I was enlightened more about my vehicle and learnt about rocker cover hairline cracks. Everything was explained clearly and I got a very fair price when compared to others. Izzy is an asset to the company and the community!

From the moment I entered the facility, I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, making my wait time an enjoyable experience.

What impressed me the most was the expertise and skill displayed by the technicians. They were highly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about their work. Went in thinking gearbox would have to be removed based on the symptoms. By the end of the day, and possibly many thousands of dollars less, the van (Fiat Ducato) was ready. Amazing what a bit of knowledge & experience can do, plus some honesty. They had every chance to charge top dollar and I'd have been none the wiser. Thanks.

Very friendly team at European Prestige, very easy to deal with and are always helpful and knowledgeable. They always provide options for repairs and give you suggestions. Very efficient and cars our cars are very well maintained and looked after. A real pleasure to deal with and I know my/our car/s will always be looked after.

Living in this society, we have so much people ripping you off, unprofessional and disrespectful. European Prestige Car Care has absolutely changed my mind on this. From management, admin and car care team these guys are beyond professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The moment I had dropped my car off I did not think back, they were quick and positive, why have I not come across these lovely people earlier, I don’t know ‍️.

These guys too are right up there for service, professionalism and ethics. They refused payment for breakdown which was a loose sensor and time to locate and fix it. Cleared a bunch of codes after telling me what they were too. As I broke down and was trying to get to work out of town, Issy had my car in the garage and on a hoist in 15min. I am definitely going back there. Thanks Fellas!

Absolutely recommend. Excellent service, professional, efficient work and honest. These guys are great If you have European car this is the shop you need to visit.

I use EPCC for all the prestige cars in my fleet VW MERCEDES-BENZ and Rang Rover and find that not only price practically and the overall service fantastic and when I leave I find myself smiling. All the people I deal with there are extremely lovely to deal with.
