Wouldn't purchase from this company again online. Ran out of the product I wanted, when I asked for a refund they said that the parcel was already packed to send with a substitute item. If I wanted this substitute I would have purchased from other companies that were cheaper. Paid heaps for express shipping, took ages to come. Seems that they were struggling to understand english.

Do not have any chocolate products shipped by this store. Not wrapped properly, sent via post and all melted. Waste of money. Attempts to request refund are ignored, claim they "don't have good English".

A great grocery store with great stock. There's even a drink that I haven't been able to find again, so I'm glad it's available here.

Online store is a total scam. Placed a click and collect and never heard back from them. Called the store multiple times and the staff have no idea what your order is. Told me they would have the boss contact me and never heard back. Emailed and received no response. Buy in store only. The website is a scam.

I [laced an online order and had to followup a week later. 1 item not in stock but I was not notified. I have an answer machine and no message was left. Order was processed for postage but I was not told the tracking number. Now I am still waiting for my refund or the item not supplied. Staff on the phone were quite abrupt

Great store with lots of different stock at great prices. The staff are always lovely and happy to help any way they can.

They have a really good range of products from Europe & America, too much to show, call in and see.

Unfortunately taken over by (very non European) people who just don’t get the food. They didn’t understand “Polish food”. Increasing amounts of Chinese food in the shop. Not really a European Food Store anymore.

Disgusting, rude, abusive staff who do not treat people with disabilities with any respect. Shameful people.

Found this little gem the other day. Great selection of European foods and also a decent selection of American soft drinks.

I was outraged as I witnessed the treatment of a lady and her service dog of the staff at this place. The poor lady was made to feel uncomfortable and not welcome in this store, even though she was legally allowed. I will be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I placed an online order with this shop. I was called and told some products were not available. No problem with that because of supply iss yes at the moment and said a refund would be fine. Contacted them via their site as well as Facebook. No response and no refund as yet. Not great customer service for online orders. Will not be making any further purchases from this store. Dishonest!

Well to give you all an update, I’m very happy with the effort they went to to get my refund and contact me after my initial review. There were issues with the Ezipay system that made it difficult.

I was contacted twice and assured the refund would be processed now after some initial problems with computer systems.

So all good and much appreciated!

Fantastic variety of some difficult to find groceries, at great prices. The owners are always happy and helpful.

The lady is absolutely unreasonable with masks even with an exemption i was ordered rudely to leave the store, i explained i have a medical exemption with no avail.stood my ground and was reluctantly served.

The lady behind the counter is VERY rude. $13.50 for a tiny packet of spicy chips. (?)
I won't be back. But I don't like getting ripped off or spoken down to - that's just me though.

There's a really wide variety of stuff which is great, not too sure on the prices though. Also customer service could do with an upgrade.
