I booked a TV to be repaired last Thursday. I found it unusual that no one called me back to let me know if it has been repaired so I contacted them only to let me know they "forgot" to get this serviced.

I now have received a callback who apologised for the poor customer service and offered to refund half of the amount.

I changed my rating from one to three stars because it is quite rare that a service person can callback to apologise for such inconvenience but had the decency to take ownership of the situation.

Was very happy with the service, there was a problem with part arriving, I called a few times. Staff were great, also when booking in the 2 calls we had, told us a time and the serviceman was there on time.

I am a professional photographer who shoots with a7iii cameras. One of my cameras shutter failed - I was pleasantly surprised how efficiently and quickly this was fixed for me. Very impressed and grateful- thank you! Also love that they are based so close to where I love in the south east of Melbourne!

Very difficult to talk to, wouldn't help with an answer to my question and kept giving off the impression that they are above the customer

I would like to thank all the wonderful people at European Electronics. The service was excellent, the attention to detail was exceptional. I had a B&O stereo circa 1982 that was missing the arm. With expertise it was reattached and the unit is now working as if it was bought yesterday. Thank you so much for your regular updates and reasonable repair rates. Really, really, really bad service (Feb 2023)

Very slow, expensive repair.

It felt like their choices were in their best interest, not mine - so much for customer service.

I didn't get the impression they were experts, or even experienced with B&O.

Left equipment grubby.

Based on this experience I won't use/refer them, or buy B&O ever again.

After trying a number of other repairers, the folk at European Electronics analysed the root cause of our B and O Beo 5 not working properly. It was a motherboard issue and they got down and dirty to repair it. Been perfect since being reinstalled at home.
Angelo kept us informed over the past months as they looked for the solution. Always professional and courteous, and reasonably priced for the effort they put into the fix. Would happily recommend them for their expertise.

I spent a lot of money to repair an 83 inch OLED TV from Sony and I couldn't have chosen any better than European Electronics to do the repairs.

In addition to very quick delivery of the panel from overseas to replace mine, they were also courteous to give me a discount despite rising prices of the part.

I have to call out Wayne in particular with his 50+ years of history in servicing TVs who made the whole process breezy, informative and highly entertaining. Anna and Lucy were also very friendly and helpful in organising the repairs as well!

I was recommended this place due to it being an accredited Sony dealer. Took my Sony HiFi system due to the disc tray being jammed. Although it took them over a month to get back to me regarding the repair, Shane whom I spoke to was very understanding and even gave me a discount as a goodwill gesture. The lady at the front desk (can't remember her name) was very pleasant and friendly when I went to collect my unit. Overall I had a fantastic experience with them and would highly recommend them for any repair/service for Sony products.
5 stars definitely for you guys

I have used the services of European Electronics several times over the last decade to maintain my ageing Sony hi-fi system. I have always found the service to be exemplary. Angelo and his staff not only service the equipment to a high standard, but are actually interested in you and the electronics you bring them. Long may they reign!

Very professional and courteous service. I have an old 1980’s Bang & Olufsen Beocentre which, after 20 years in storage no longer functioned. The staff at European Electronics were excellent, they took great care to source parts where they could, and adapt where they could not. I recently collected my beautiful piece of Danish design and have not stopped smiling since hooking it all up again and listening to my old vinyl, cassettes and tuner. Thanks, 5 stars are not enough.

Worst customer service!
I took my microwave here and they were certain they could fix the microwave.
I called every week for updates and after 3 months they finally admitted they couldn’t help.

My Sony 5.1 Home Theatre which doubled as a stereo for my CDs stopped working. I thought given its age it might not be possible to fix. I looked at new systems but found it was difficult to source what I wanted in a timely manner so reverted to seeing if I could get the old Sony fixed. Found European Electronics online…. Booked in and pleased to report they were able to fix my system for about a quarter of the cost of the new systems I was looking at.

a technician in few days later he changed some parts and fixed
The Tv My Doctor was not Charged at all He was very Happy

We have the most positive experience with Ana sorting out with our lost receipt for our Sony smart tv before we could lodge our service request with European Electronics. She is patient hearing me out pointing me to the right retailer to get the receipt for the tv bought awhile back. By far, my best experience with any contact center. Thank you Ana. Had two technicians fit a new motherboard to my 3 month old Sony Bravia.
I found them prompt and courteous.
The second technician attended only to assist the removal of the TV (75 inch), from the wall mount.

Very impressive service and knowledgable/helpful staff. I had a great experience with this guys, fast turnaround and value-for-money for a sensor cleaning. Will definitely be bring my Sony camera gear here for servicing and cleans. Thanks again guys!
