It was my 1st time getting lash lift and she made me very comfortable and make sure Iam happy with the look before I leave her place.

Came here for to get my lashes done for the first, didn’t know what to expect but the environment is so calming, welcoming and warm! She’s so easy to get along with I probably shared my whole life story in that one sitting and i just felt so comfortable! No clue what’s going on and when I see my lashes for the FIRST TIME OMG I could not! All of a sudden I’m acting differently, my lashes feel super light, I don’t even recognise myself I’m super obsessed would recommend to ANYONE who comes to craigieburn to get their lashes and any other service HERE!

The owner itself is so pretty, kind and patient. She did a perfect job to my lashes and eyebrows. She is really hardworking and beautiful person inside and out. Highly recommended.

It had been a couple of days since I had my lashes done and when I tell you that look amazing they really do she is very gentle on the eyes and it doesn’t even feel like I have any lashes on That’s how light they feel I would recommend going to this lady

I walked into a clean, vibrant and calming space, to a warm and welcoming smile. I was tucked in with blankets. The warmth, the cleanliness, the background music, the whole experience was just amazing. It was so calming that I had fallen asleep. Not only did kholoud give me beautiful lashes, but she also applied a face mask to soothe my skin. I woke up feeling relaxed and I was really happy with my lashes. I’ve been receiving so many compliments. She really always goes that extra mile to make sure you’re feeling relaxed and continues to checkin with you and make sure you’re comfortable. It’s always amazing to catch up with kholoud. I now have a best friend and lash tech all in one?
