Fair selection of toys compared to other toy libraries but it’s a pity that their app doesn’t work, website is sluggish and sadly I’ve just gone to hire and their delivery fees have gone way up! I’m not paying $27 for delivery! It used to be based on distance and we’ve moved way closer but the fee has gone up $8!
Luckily it forced me to look elsewhere and I’ve found local libraries whos memberships are only $75 a year! Compared to this one which is at minimum $600! ($25 bi weekly) I suggest everyone else looks for their local toy library until this one fixes their prices! Such a shame too as this USED to be such a great and reasonably priced place to hire toys.
To the owners - fix your app and site, fix the membership fee La and delivery fees and you’ll get a lot more business- but for now you’ve lost ours.

Just purchased a rare vintage game from etoy library today and could not be happier.game was in mint condition, and Mohamed is such a friendly and professional person.he even showed me that none of the parts were missing and he let me inside his home because it was cold outside until my lift arrived.could not recommend this small business enough.

Excellent service and the team is very responsive. My son wanted to try electric cars and they are very bulky to have at home all the time, came to know about eToyLibrary, very affordable price, hassle free communications, pickup and drop off. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic toy library service. Easy to use website/app and pickup/delivery was smooth and simple.

My little niece was coming to visit for a week and I wanted to get some toys to help entertain her as I don’t have kids of my own. This service was fantastic and because you can do a one off option (as opposed to membership) it means that I can rent things as I need them. My niece LOVED the items I chose and I was able to have them dropped off and picked up in the evening which really helped me as I work full time. I will definitely be using this service again and am recommending it to others.

We rented a range of lawn games for our wedding & the guests absolutely loved them. The price at eToyLibrary was far cheaper than any other rental place & the owner was so incredibly nice & flexible with pick up and drop off. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Thanks!

Fantastic service, so convenient with delivery/pick up and easy ordering online. We’ve been really impressed with the range of toys and their cleanliness and condition. Great way to entertain and to try out larger toys with your little one. It’s a huge hit with our boy!

My experience with eToyLibrary is always fantastic. The range is great, the price is incredible, and eToyLibrary are always quick to respond. Drop off and pick up are always easy. I love the concept of a toy library, EToy library has a wide variety of toys to select from, communication has been great and pick up/drop off very convenient. We took the annual subscription and it is worth every cent. Next to the regular toy rentals I also used their service for a birthday party and it has been a huge hit with the kids! Highly recommend

We love this service—it’s so convenient to be able to rent toys online and have them delivered to our house. It’s helped us get through the latest lockdown! It also helps us identify what kinds of toys our son will and won’t play with before we waste money buying them for him.

Communication was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The delivery charge is not over the top and daily rental rates are amazing. They delivered when they said they would and I would recommend to all my friends and family. We loved the kids rollercoaster it was such a hit!
