My name is Justin Michael Claussen, and yes you will find me in your system as a paid client.unfortunately i gave this so called business a 1star rating because there wasn’t a -1star option available.only time they felt like answer a yes or no question required us paying $200 upfront.
My partner basically had to tell him how to do his job, when she was trying to get me back into australia Peter’s only response was “i don’t think he will be able to get back into australia”. Mate you didn’t even try, lo and behold my partner found a method and told peter to take that route since the man had no clue how to do his job.finally i was able to get back into australia, as i was back in my home country we paid peter to lodge another visa (Provisional Partner visa) upon my arrival to australia only to find out the guy never followed through with that-leaving me to find out the hard way.few months go by and here i am thinking he lodged the visa-only to find out from Home Affairs that i overstayed my visa that got me into australia.i asked peter if he lodged my Provisional partner visa because it didn’t make sense how i overstayed my current visa, and his response was “no, i was waiting til you got into Australia to lodge the Provisional Partner visa”. Ummm mate i have been here for a few months you should of lodged it back then.
Long story short, we decided to go a different route with a different immigration lawyer-he fixed this issue within a few hours.now we are waiting for our refund from these guys but they seem to be having an issue giving OUR MONEY BACK… i highly suggest everyone to choose another immigration lawyer

Cannot recommend Nicholas and his team enough. Initially we wanted to apply for the 820 but Nicolas suggested the 309 would be better. My partner's 309 visa was approved within 7 months especially given we were in a long distance relationship and were worried about not meeting the 4 criteria's for approval. Would highly advise anyone that is unsure about applying, to apply through them as they have been very professional and prompt in actioning tasks.
