I called up asking for assistance with a German document translation and the staff were terribly rude and refused to help me. At one point I had to pass the phone onto my daughter ended the call in frustration.

Beware of these guys. I had to translate 15-20 minutes of audio in a mix of hindi/punjabi/english to English for court requirements. I told them on Friday that I need this document by Tuesday morning for which I was quoted $450 dollars and since they knew my urgency the lady out there said she can give it on Wednesday. I agreed to pay more and they charged me double $1085 and said its because of weekend work. I agreed for this. A further 16 second file which I needed was quoted at $500 dollars. The conversion was done only to English and what was spoken in English was omitted which made the conversion useless for the Judge who would review this document.absolute cheaters.please keep away and get everything in writing if you need to, I am going to ACCC to recover my money

UAU what an amazing service. Asked them to translate my drivers license from Portuguese to English and payed a really good price! Also was told it was going to take 4 days and had it pretty much the next day (and it was a weekend how good is that).
Definetely recommend and will use again! Just waiting to receive my hard copy by post in 4 days/7 days.
The digital copy also is great and comes with the stamp and certification number etc. Not even sure you would need the hard copy!

No flaw, but it would be better to get the payment process short that I could pay total at final which is not separated translation and hard copy. I couldn't use hard copy service due to fraud detection because of consecutive payment process.

Ethnolink were so great to me. I enquired late at like 7 or 8 pm or something and got a response within minutes saying that they could do an express translation for me. I paid the money however then was notified that I didn’t need to do it. So I asked for a refund and they refunded me immediately, it took a few days to go into my bank but Ethnolink were so wonderful the whole time and really genuine. I definitely recommend them!
