Great service and a lovely clean and relaxing environment. Had a lash lift and tint and it was the first time my eyes haven't watered during the process. I was in a private room on a comfy bed the whole time (previous experiences have been in a chair in the middle of the salon) which made it feel more like pampering than a maintenance chore! Very professional and experienced staff, will definitely be back.

My friend and I came in to get a facial together and we had an amazing experience. So, so relaxing and our skin felt incredible after! The ladies were so professional and kind and educated us as to what our skin needed. The space is beautiful and so calming. Will definitely be back!

I have been a customer of Eternal Skin for approx 4 years now and I am very happy with their professionalism and service. The new rooms are very luxurious and you can tell they have gone to a lot of trouble with putting it all together.
Jen is awesome at what she does - she even had an electric blanket going on the bed for my waxing on a cold winter's afternoon! What service. Always a top job! No tricky bits of wax residue left behind as is often found with the less experienced therapists.

Love visiting this clinic. Having had clear skin as a young girl/teenager, developing adult acne was really hard to deal with. I spent a fortune at other clinics in highly renowned suburbs to receive very little results and to find that they were more focused on making money and selling products at every visit rather than achieving results. Once I realised that this was happening, I decided I would just try local and visit Eternal Skin - after all, what did I have to lose (other than more money). I cannot recommend the team more highly. Never once have I felt pressured to spend money on the most expensive treatments or the most expensive skincare products. All the staff are so friendly, they have a laugh, and they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk through the door. Thankyou to all the staff at Eternal Skin, but especially a huge thankyou to Jen. She is knowledgeable, achieves amazing results, and most of all, she is honest and has her clients best interests at heart. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments now.
