Mitch and Dylan attended our owners corporation property today to repair a burst pipe; they were super nice and professional, repairing the burst, reinstating the brickwork to the exterior of the building, and cleaning the work area before they left. I would never have known they had been here, had I not been home! Esteem installed the flue for the new rangehood. The work was done quickly and looks to be of good quality workmanship.

I never leave comments on service providers, but on this occasion I make an exception. The team from Esteem Group persevered with the detection and repair of a gas leak. Despite a whole host of obstacles they completed the task to my total satisfaction. The "Wonderful Wood Brothers" (yes, they were brothers) were courteous, quick, clean and tidy and all-round fun blokes. I wish all tradies were this good.

Thanks Esteem. Same day service on a Saturday for a blocked stormwater. Mitch solved the problem and explained the cause like an absolute professional.

Ashley, Tom & Cam from Esteem came to clean the gutters at the property where I rent an apartment earlier today and had to access my patio to finish the last part of the job. They were so easy to deal with, polite, friendly and professional and cleaned up fully after clearing the gutters, not just my patio, but also all around the building. As the property hadn't had the gutters done in a long time, it was a huge job (I saw them extracting several plants with root systems from numerous guttering around the building!) but they did it with good humour and with care. Highly recommended.

Had a completely blocked kitchen sink and pipes. Mitch came out and replaced and cleaned up sink/pipes etc. Did amazing job even cleared out the bad blockage in outlet which is was tough job.

Esteem is lovely to deal with, we strongly recommend them. We had our shower repair done, which involved taking it all out - tiles, all that good stuff, and then putting a new one in.

The office was very good at communication, especially with scheduling. They were always letting me know what day/time to expect as well as what was left to go and just overall the communication was so helpful especially as we were living there while the work was happening.

Where there were minor concerns, they were seen to so quickly and everyone was so understanding and friendly. We felt very cared for! This kind of service is rare to come by these days, so it is greatly appreciated.:)

AVOID BECAUSE THEY OVERCHARGE AND LIE ABOUT IT. This business overcharged me and were dishonest about it when I called them out. My property manager engaged Esteem to do simple handyman work (adjust a door handle latch) that should take 20 minutes but I was charged 2 hours for it (over $200). My property manager employed a local handyman to do the exact same job on another door 2 months previously and paid him $89 so I know I know I was ripped off. When I received the bill I thought there must have been a mistake so I called the office and was told it took 2 hours and that's why my bill was over $200. I challenged them and said the previous handyman only took 20 minutes and charged $89 to do the same job on a different door. The office manager said she would double check and said 'Sorry, you're correct. I have just checked the GPS on the truck and he was there for only one hour so I will reduce the bill by $60'. No apology was given for being dishonest or overcharging my property manager. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF.

Service from first contact with enquiry, to service appointment attendance by Ben, through to billing, everyone has been friendly and professional. Will definitely use Esteem Group again for any plumbing jobs we need.

Pathetic company. I met the owner in our building, as he was doing another bathroom renovation. I asked him to quote for our two bathrooms. He arrived. And four weeks later the quote still hasn’t arrived. No contact. No response. I don’t know why they waste their time, let alone mine.

The man who attended the job was prompt courteous and very helpful. I have used this service previously and found them helpful. Many thnaks for a job well done.

The Esteem Group was contracted to demolish a thirty year old bathroom and install new facilities in the same space.
The group had been recommended to us as they were regarded as being capable of delivering a top quality result.
A team of specialists undertook the work and each and everyone of the workers conducted their components of the work in a friendly and professional manner and this has resulted in a higher that expected quality of finish. This clearly demonstrates a quality culture that is employed by the entire group.
The bathroom space has been transformed and the bathroom is now more functional and comfortable to use.
We have been excited to show the new bathroom to our friends. Their feedback has been highly positive.

My property manager engaged this business to repair a door that wasn't closing properly. They charged me 2 hours ($220) to do this job which takes 20 minutes! The striker plate needed to be moved down 1cm so the latch could close properly. I had a similar repair done on the bathroom door a few months earlier by a handyman who charged me $85. I called them to ask why the bill was so high and they said it took 2 hours work! I said that's unlikely so she said she would check the GPS tracker on the work truck and said "oh sorry about that, it only took 1 hour". So she reduced the bill to $145. So they are liars, cheats and overcharge. Avoid using them for any type of work if you don't like getting ripped off.

Great communication, on time, and priced appropriately.
