I had a lovely relaxing time here. The staff are friendly and put you at ease. The facilities and rooms are spotless and Jaci gave me a wonderful facial and makes me want to come back for another. Ask for Jaci.:)

I came in for a procedure with Jessie, she was patient, gentle and her attention to detail was amazing. The service was very professional and I am very happy with the result.

I’ve had so many compliments since my visit with Senior Injector Jessie. Jessie is very experienced & caring. I experienced minimal pain & swelling compared to other injectors. Professional & thorough post care instructions provided. The clinic itself is very clean, professional & I am always greeted by friendly staff.

Really love the professional service provided by EST team. Jessie is the one I highly recommend if anyone need a fuller lip and defined jawline. A five star to Selina at the front desk, who is so friendly and walked me through their facial services/ products. My next service is booked and very exciting to revisit them soon.

I made a booking online for an appointment the next day which was looking forward to. On my way there, I called to check where they were as fist time visiting, only to find they didn’t have any booking for me. Seems even though I made (and paid) for the appointment, they didn’t have room after all so simply declined it without calling me. They said they understood my frustrations, however didn’t seem too concerned about the trouble went to come in to see them etc or offer any apologies. Pretty bad customer service and am sure they would have kept my money if other way around and I didn’t show! Needless to say can’t comment on the quality of their services as didn’t get to try them out.

Excellent service experience, products are amazing, staff very kind and helpful. Highly recommended, won’t be disappointed

Really professional clinic. I was referred by Skinceuticals EST Clinic store and had a skin consultation with Nurse " Ling". She is so lovely and professional to analyse my skin and give me a plan. I will come to do the treatment next time!

Ayaka was great! Each step prior to the facial was explained to me and the face massage was excellent.
