Had my new shades installed today, and WOW so happy, started off with small hiccup in one room, which thanks to the installer his quick fix was so good we have now done the same in other rooms to get same effect, thanks guys great job all round.
We purchased roller blinds for our recently renovated house 5 years ago. The blinds get used everyday and are in as good of condition as the day they were installed.
We also recently had automated PVC outdoor blinds installed on or first floor deck. This was not a simple install as its a complicated structure. The installer Darren was incredible with his knowledge and techniques to get a result that far exceeded our expectations. We could not recommend Essential Living Highly enough.
We got some of our curtains replaced with Essential Living and Blinds. Fantastic customer service and high quality products, highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service And Difficult To Deal With
Essential living in Wangaratta should be avoided to save you a painful and rude experience.
The staff and owner have a total lack of customer service and communication is terrible.
The installations provided to us by Essential Living Wangaratta were cheap Chinese made yet charged at top quality prices. The plantation shutters needed to be completely removed due to poor Chinese made workmanship and took 3 Months for a replacement. This could be overlooked if the service was personable. However, this business takes the ‘customer is always wrong’ approach and uses an intimidating attitude to service.
Avoid this business and save yourself time and money and an overall negative experience.
Shelley and team are fantastic they have fitted my home and business. Very professional and there after service care was amazing after a storm broke my awnings they fixed them free of charge the next day couldn't be happier
Very poor service. Take a long time to deliver and when there is a fault good luck trying to get them to fix it without an argument. Curtains dont hang right and plantation shutters put in skew. Hem has fallen apart after 3 months. They dont call you back and make no effort to fix there mistakes. Ended up getting someone else to fix them at half the price after waiting for months. I would not recommend these guys to anyone.
