Got my nose pierced here with Lorraine yesterday, best experience i’ve ever had with a piercer, and i’ve had 15 piercings! She was so thorough and walked me through the whole process, would definitely recommend! Never have i had someone so thorough and comforting as a piercer:)

I've consistently received excellent service at Essential Beauty Werribee Plaza/Pacific Werribee, and Parminda, in particular, has been fantastic. Her recommendations for new treatments have all worked out well, and I appreciate her expertise. However, it's worth noting that the salon often operates with only one staff member to complete treatments and serve the front counter. Many walk-ins are turned away. Despite the great service, additional staffing could enhance the overall experience for everyone.

I had Rawnaq today for my nose piercing and she was very professional, patient and caring/gentle towards me which made my experience a comfortable one. I will definitely go back to Rawnaq for future piercings.

I did piercing yesterday, she did well that's why gave one star but she also misguided me about price of stud and piercing. Online price is different and she told me different everything. It's worst experience in werribee plaza because you can't trust them again. No prices are mentioned on nose stud and they misguided people and asking for wrong amount of money. She told me 85 for 18k golf stud but nothing mentioned online. Piercing fee is 72. Dollar something and she told me 75. I just did piercing and bought stud but paid 165 which look wrong amount. I didn't buy any other after piercing stuff nothing. Too much money and last time I did nose piercing from next door to them which is cheap and best 72 dollars including nose pin, piercing and spary. I send them email still no action took, don't go there they are not trust worthy people. Even they don't deserved one star but I gave atleast they did something which is called breaking trust.

Belly piercing.just ask for Deepika she’s amazing. Got to learn a lot of new tips about after care.

If you want someone who will take care of you make sure you book with Deepika. She made me feel comfortable and from the beginning showed great customer service and made sure I left feeling happy. She has a lot of experience and it shows! She will definitely be my go to from now on! She needs a raise! Thank you Deepika!:)

I went to get my first helix and a tragus piercing at the Werribee salon and I would just like to say it was the most horrible experience I’ve ever had. The piercer rushed me into the room and failed to mention that we should only get pierced one ear at a time, so that I can sleep on the other. She pierced the helix on my left and the tragus on the right. This was my first time getting such piercings and she gave me no information about how to care for it or anything. She pierced my helix at an angle and it caused damage to the placement on my ear. She didn’t educate me on how to clean it, just rushed me to pay and tried to get me out of the store as fast as possible. Both of my piercings are now severely infected and have keloids. It’s been 4 months since the initial piercing. I went back to the Werribee store 2 weeks ago to express the concerns, instead of helping me the same lady who pierced me just advised to spray the ears and rushed me out again. I had to go to the doctor to get help with the infection, I also had to go to the highpoint store to get the helix removed and the tragus replaced which was added costs on the already overpriced piercings the Werribee salon made me pay. I am now traumatised from getting any other piercings because of this experience and it is just too upsetting. I would like a full refund and request to speak to head office regarding my experience with their Werribee salon

I chose this place because of how welcoming the staff was. It made me feel less anxious about getting a wax for the first time. It was also done very quickly. I knew I was in good hands.

Our 3yo daughter had her ears pierced. The staff were great and professional despite our daughters fear and then being so upset the procedure was professional and done by two staff at the same time.

Very efficient staffs! Specially with baby girls ear piercing, they made it very easy! Highly recommend

Rawnaq is a professional who takes pride in her work. She is precise and wanted to ensure I was getting the service I booked for. Also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Rawnaq.

Omg the BEST brazilian wax ever. So fast, clean and didn’t miss anything. Also wasn’t as painful as it was normally. Easily go back. Great work girls. I saw Deepika loved her

Did my piercing completely wrong, why hire people who can’t do the piercings you have available! Would not recommend for piercings. Unprofessional and big waste of money.

I contacted the email they advised me to, took them around 2 weeks to get back to me and say they can only give me a credit for what I paid. I then replied to them almost immediately but have not received any email back for almost two months, this isn’t great customer service. Do better!

I booked with Deepika for both waxing and facial. She was warm, skilled and professional. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her services.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. This is my second time booking a service only to be called and told that they can’t honour my appointment and have to move me to another day. Absolutely disappointing. And when you speak with the store owner/manager she keeps saying “I am sorry there is nothing I can do” what a joke!

Honestly can’t praise Devinia enough!
She is by far the best waxing lady i’ve had in 20 years of waxing
