Essential Beauty Melbourne Central

Came in for eyebrow tint and wax yesterday. I was left with burns and scarring around the area that has gotten really obvious today and am not happy at all. It was a very unprofessional and am very disappointed as I expected more from a reputable place, which is why I chose to go there. I have had services at other essential beauty in the past and was never an issue. I wouldnt recommend their services and wouldn’t return back here either

Sorry, but not worth it in my opinion. Facial advertised on the website to include steam and extractions, but this is misleading, as the facial did not include extractions or steam.

Lovely staff and did a great job with my piearcings. Thankyou. Will be going back to this place to get more in a few weeks time.

I came here today around 10, the workers are very lovely but unfortunately the somehow I’ve gotten all bruised up in my leg and my arms, the worker was nice enough to not charge me for my legs and even gave me a moisturiser, they are very friendly and welcoming but unfortunately I’m all bruised up. Customer service was amazing though

Molly did a great job for my very tired face, her knowledge of the skin products are very good, keep it up, I would like to come back from my next visit, thanks Molly

You're offered a 10% Discount for 5 star reviews, yet their service and hygiene is worth 1 star or less so dont be fooled by the reviews on here.
When honest 1 star reviews are left, they come back with saying the checked the CCTV and try to blame it on customers.
This business needs to stop trying to be something their not and go do something they can do well in instead of butchering people's bodies.
Will not be back or recommend anyone to come back here.
Worst piercing & waxing place in Melbourne, someone should go undercover with a spy cam to see what it really is like!

Emily provides very professional advice and service. She's quite friendly. When i signed up with her, she explained the services and procedures very well (as that was my first time enquiry with waxing and laser)

Had ears re- pierced after 10+ years of not wearing earrings. Molly-rose was fantastic. Excellent customer service and very easy to do. Would recommend.

Super inexperienced piercer pierced my nostril, causing severe bleeding and not being able to get the piercing in for an excruciating amount of time. Since then, I have spent hundreds of dollars on doctor’s appointments and products trying to manage what has now turned into a keloid scar. Do not get pierced here!

I have loved and adored coming to Essential beauty every appointment. I regularly see Molly for all my beauty care, she makes it an enjoyable experience every single time. I have perviously been nervous about going to beauty appointment but now I always feel comfortable and even look forward to them thanks to Molly and how comfortable she makes them, it is kind of like a social outing now it's lovely and I always walk out feeling more confident and refreshed. Thank you to Molly and all the team for creating a beautiful and comfortable environment to come into:)

Very disappointing. I got a piercing and bought 2 earrings there. I was given the wrong product, I bought a rose colored titanium earring but they’ve given me a purple one instead. I travelled all the way back to the shop in the same week upon realization, I did not use the earrings and brought it back in its original package and condition. However, I was told they didn’t have rose colored ones in stock and I’m not allowed to exchange or refund. Moreover, the person at the front counter had an extremely bad attitude. She said ‘No refunds or exchanges, and that’s it’, glared at me before I even replied anything. It was their mistake, but they didn’t take any responsibility for it. I understand to a certain degree if they can’t confirm if I’ve used the earrings. But still, could have apologized sincerely even if you couldn’t exchange. I had to take responsibility for someone else’s mistake? I don’t like that color, and I’m not using those earrings, but I still had to pay for it. If they didn’t have stock, they could’ve just said so instead of giving me a different item. No honesty, bad handling of problems, awful customer service. Never coming back.

I don’t ever usually leave reviews on places but I had a such a good experience here so I feel compelled to! I’m so happy with results of the wax. Good price and was super quick. Gemma was so lovely and had such a warm and calming presence, she was reassuring and put me at ease right away and made me feel really comfortable. I definitely recommend!

Molly was fantastic. She makes you feel so comfortable with her friendliness that I didn’t even pay attention to what was doing which meant ZERO pain. Booked a laser package too so I’ll be back soon. Thanks Molly!

Had my nose pierced and it was so painless and quick. Molly was so considerate (i was a bit nervous) and let me replace and ask any questions i had.highly recommend:)

I got a belly piercing last week. It was done very shallow and placed incorrectly which caused it to reject. The piercing itself hurt a lot more than any piercing I had because she was so rough. Barely explained after care and when it was time to pay she added products (that arent included in the price) without asking. The piercing itself was twice the price it is in any other professional piercing shop. It is absolutely inadmissible.

I walked in and got served right away. I had a full Brazilian. I was served by Kate who was absolutely amazing. I explained that it was my first Brazillian and she walked me through everything she was doing, and made me feel so calm. Done in 10 minutes, absolutely recommend.

Bad experience they don't care about when i said again and again there is much more hairs left. Wastage of money
