I got my 8 month old babies ears pierced Friday. One of the piercings was so high and off centre it was nearly touching cartlige. They didn't say anything untill I said it's Abit high. I was really expecting they would give me a discount or not charge me as I had to pay $60! So expensive for something that wasn't done right. My daughter didn't move her head when the piercing was getting done so there was no need for it to be done so wrong.

They done my 6 month old daughters ear piercings and were great with her and done a great job. Would highly recommend.

My 3 year old had her ears pierced. She was welcomed with smiles and friendly polite staff. She was given a teddy to hold and a bravery certificate after. So happy we went to Chirnside Park Essential Beauty. The staff were lovely. Highly recommend them.

Very rough as in grabs your feet in a painful manner and cuts without a care, nearly jumped out of chair when she cut big toenail and my skin. She doesn't speak just points or pokes you, very unprofessional, first and last time here

The first time I came here was to get my legs waxed on my wedding day over two years ago. It was a last minute decision on a frantic day and I was lucky Misty was able to make time for an appointment.

Having had to have hair removed regularly since a couple of decades ago, waxing is a bit touch and go depending on the level of skills, but whether it is Misty's methods or the materials and products used by Essential Beauty Chirnside Park, in the appointments I have had since coming here (and I come back every four weeks!), I have always had a great experience. Misty is always so nice and friendly, all while going through the procedures efficiently and pain free (as pain free as waxing can be!).

Making appointments have also been easy, the rooms always clean and comfortable, the shop easy to access from ample parking space, and most importantly, the prices always very affordable (and sometimes cheaper than expected because of promos!)

The girls here are always so polite and professional. I've had spray tanning. Piercings and my daughters ears pierced. They always make you feel welcome. Thank you for everything you do.

I had an infected piercing and was having a reaction to the bar because it was surgical steal and needed titanium but they had told me it was fine while it was clearly not so i went to another place and he looked at it for not even a minute and new that i was allergic to the bar, not very happy as if i had kept in longer it could of rejected

Come here regularly for waxing. The girls are friendly and welcoming and always make me feel comfortable, wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Employees very rude. Made me feel below them. Tried to sell extra products and then when I didn't buy the 2 girls looked at each other one rolled her eyes then laughed at me. Rude rude rude and also well overpriced. There's so many other great salons that are cheaper and with much nicer employees. Highly recommend finding a small salon not a chain like this one.

The night before I made an online booking for a leg wax. So easy to do and very handy when the store is closed! Went in this morning and Tara was already waiting for me. Tara is an asset to your company. Extremely professional and so friendly. She did an amazing job and I will return.

Popped in this morning after being recommended. Staff member was so helpful and professional. Waxing was great painless and quick. Booked in now for laser. Prices and service are great. Can not recommend highly enough.

I come in to essential beauty for my laser hair removal and I love it there. I have has both Jess and Misty serve me and both are lovely and go above and beyond to help me and give me the best advice. Jess helped me with skin care products that I love and that have really improved my skin, she is also the only one I let do my eyebrows. Love it here

I get all my piercings done here by Misty. She always does an amazing job and is very knowledgeable. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Had never been to Essential Beauty before, came in for a spray tan before my birthday and holiday away. Was amazed by the service and the result of the tan! Have had spray tans done at other places and no where near as professional and lasting result! Couldn’t fault it, will be back in the future!

Came in to get my daughter’s ears pierced earlier this week and was so happy with the service that I got from Jess! She was so lovely to deal with and my daughter wasn’t scared at all. Will definitely be going back in the future!
