Essendon Renault are the worst nightmare we ever dealt with. They sold my son a Renault trafic van with major problems from day one which they refused to fix. My poor son had to take a loan for the van which is a lemon and always lets him down. He's a young tradie thats trying to earn a living. Please done deal with Essendon Renault they are rip offs

Thanks to Essendon Renault 5 stars and Especially the young salesman Josh, from my 1st email enquiry Josh was the only Dealer to call me within 2 hours and i had sent a number of enquiries looking for a vehicle to other dealers not just Renault and form that call i had nothing but honesty and integrity and was always updated with the vehicles progress for delivery and a big thanks to Geoff in finance for getting that sorted so much easier than dealing with a Bank.and nice coffee that was offered every time i walked in. Great job Essendon Motor Group.

The worst service ever experienced. Totally different before and after put deposit. Received car with missing parts after 3 weeks of deposit. Unnoticed damaged will not be told by the seller.

Geoff, where to begin.you helped me obtain a great deal on finance, explained everything I needed and when it was required to ensure I got the best deal possible. I can't thank you enough.

Honestly I would happily come back here and buy again from this place. Every staff member was attentive, they were always ensuring your needs were met and if you needed anything else they were happy to assist.

Very concerned re: poor reviews for customer service (sales) and servicing. I was planning to purchase a new SUV from Essendon Renault; no longer the case unfortunately. Shame as they have a terrific range.

Josh has been professional, informative and helpful From the ordering process, Test drive to pick up of my new car. Over the years we have purchased 4 new cars from Renault and a 2nd hand Kangoo, all pretty good cars, from Megane RS to Clio. The sales team were great. This biggest issue at Renault Essendon is their service department. From not listening to basic written instructions (do not not update the ECU), not testing a car after a major issue (twice- e.g. No 1st, 2nd or reverse), losing an aftermarket horn, and then being confronted with an angry service manager after I raised my voice over their alleged inefficiencies. So now we have recently discovered another major issue with our Clio, and a family member has been banned from that dealership because I had a fallout with one of the service employee.
By all means everyone, get your car serviced at Essendon Renault, but remember to walk on egg shells when you do or find a service department which respects your investment into the brand.
