During Friday nights flash flooding had quite a bit of water coming into the garage. Leigh had come out within 30mins and unblocked the drain. Service was great. I have used Essendon plumbing in the past for a toilet and kitchen issue and they have been sensational. Do the job correctly and at a decent price. Highly recommend. Gas leak after the meter investigated thoroughly and sorted in a very professional manner. Worked with mask on and kept good distance when reporting progress to us. Good job

Amanda rang ahead of her arrival and was courteous and professional. She attended to the connection of a rainwater pump/water switch efficiently and made sure the unit was operational. Top marks for service!

I had an issue after hours and I received a return phone call within 10 minutes. I was given a cost comparison between an after hours call out and normal service hours, so I could decide whether to wait until the morning. After deciding to wait I was advised a plumber would come around at 8.30am and they were there at 8.20. The plumber explained everything clearly, replacing both taps and and the job was finished within 25 minutes.
I can highly recommend Essendon Plumbing.

I knew the price of the 1hr onsite, i think that was fair, but the materials for installation of external tap was a bit pricey.

David was on time, he fixed the broken pipe, he was friendly very professional and finished the job in 20 minutes. Great service and I will definitely recommend them to everyone i know. Keep up the good work.

An Easter Sunday emergency call out was serviced efficiently and promptly by Michael. He was very courteous and professional. Considering the public holiday penalty rate fees, Michael did his absolute best to keep my costs to a minimum, considering we only have the one family toilet, this was an essential service. This is the second time I have needed an emergency plumber, both times Essendon Plumbing have been exceptional.

Attended on time, showed me what they discovered throughout the whole process. Great service & great price.

They came out twice (first time arriving later than promised) for a leaking toilet issue which is still not fixed. They recommended replacing the toilet, I have since contacted them twice about this (by phone and email) but they haven't bothered getting back to me. Avoid.

Could not recommend these guys more! Called them in the middle of the night for a plumbing emergency- toilet water connection had busted, and everything about the unit was non-standard so whole thing needed to go and the pipes shifted too.
Despite this becoming a massive job they not only got it sorted with a quality installation, but kept in contact the whole way through and really felt like they cared about the work and making sure I was getting the best value.

Probably a great bunch of plumbers, given the large number of glowing reviews. But I wouldn't know. You see, I couldn't get past Mrs Grumpy on the 24/7 line when I called on a Sunday at lunchtime to enquire regarding replacing my hot water service which had just died. She cut me off, evidently unhappy with a polite attempt to introduce myself when she answered. I'm sure she was busy, but a small amount of courtesy might go a long way. By her tone, you'd think I woke her at 2am in the morning. This was following by barking at me for calling an emergency plumbing line when asking for a quote for an urgent hot water replacement. Yes, it was not an emergency, but it's not as though I was calling to fix a dripping tap either. Try smiling sometimes.

It was evident that they really do care about their business and their customers. Changed to 3 stars because the follow up deserves more than leaving it at 1. Thanks guys for following it up.

This plumbing business came to quote a job for us but didn't follow through with any quote or other follow up. Unprofessional, disappointing and a waste of our time.
