If I could give Alan more than 5 stars I would, but by default 5 it is. From start to finish of building my new Range Rover to receiving my new car Alan couldn’t have been more wonderful. The Spare Part department is very very bad services. I had been call several time never reaching and leave a massage several time too never get a call back. Hopefully the Manager or the supervisor solve out that problems ASAP.

The worst service I’ve ever had I’ll never go back there for any enquires.they tell you one thing and then ignore you like you don’t even exist. No phone call back regarding how my car is and if anything is needed. Thank you for nothing.

Called up to book my car In because of break light warning on dash services department transfer me to spare parts so I can confirm parts in stock and then I get transferred back to service department to book car in? Go to drop car off today and car is not booked in and I’m getting questions like what parts are wrong with the brakes? IM NOT A MECHANIC THATS WHY I BOOKED MY CAR IN WITH YOU.
Absolute waste of my time and effort and don’t appreciate the attitude from the service department I could have got about 6 kia’s for the price of the Ranger Rover and better service as well

Lovely experience dealing with the team for our new Range Rover. Very highly recommend the team at Essendon, GM Martin and Micheal were exceptional in keeping us up to date and helping us order and pick up our new car, I have not dealt with such a wonderful team at any other dealership. Lesley was very through with the finance and insurance and sorted everything out for us, a much better customer experience with her than our previous insurers RACV. Can’t recommend the team highly enough. Thank you for you support for our newest edition to the garage.
