Hello Az,

Just wanted to provide some feedback in regards to the Laminate flooring that was installed in my parents home on the 23& 24 February.

Firstly for being able to get Simon to come and measure the amount of flooring to be done and explaining different cost to us. We were happy with competitive quote.

Also wanted to pass onto (i think the ladies name was Vida) apologies if this is wrong. In the short period we were there she looked at the photo i showed her of the house interiors and went through the colours of the laminate and gave me a selection of 3 samples to take back to the house. All 3 sampes were very good, one of them looked perfect in the place.

Also really wanted to commend the Installers that you use (Amon & Armin). Such professional and friendly guys. The job was done so well, it was especially hot those days and was amazing how quickly the laminate was put in. Each day when they left and throughout the day they cleaned up so well. I couldn't see any issues with the flooring installation when they left, which a testament to their work

Was happy with the finished product that was done by an external contractor. However, not happy with the service received. We had a quote done on site which was not completed properly. We then closed the business for a day to have the carpet replaced, only to be told it couldn't be done because the carpet was stuck down and this had not been communicated. When trying to reach carpet court on several occasions to cover some or any loss of our revenue, we were repeatedly told someone would get back to us which never happened.

From the minute we walked into the Carpet Court store in Essendon, all the way through to the first time we walked on our new floors, we were delighted with the professionalism and friendliness of Az and the team. The sales process and installation was faultless, the product (hybrid flooring) is fantastic and the after sales care is ongoing (should we need it, but unlikely). We couldn't be happier, thanks Az!

I highly recommend Carpet Court Essendon. Armin & his crew arrived on time & did a great job laying my hybrid flooring. Very professional & nice guys. There was no mess whatsoever left behind either.

Firstly, they incorrectly measured my floor. This problem was detected by them at the time the were laying down the carpet. This delayed the carpet installation by 1 week as they had to order carpet to correct size. Quality of carpet laying was terrible. There is a hard spot at a one of the join sections of the carpet. Carpet layer said it was due to the glue drying and after several unsuccesful repairs I called the manager who to his credit came over and apologised, offering me $400 discount on $9000 job. Every day now when I step on this hard spot I curse myself for settling on the $400 price drop rather than demanding they do job properly

Went into store amazing customer service. They sent someone to measure the house. No problems.
Then waited for call on quote or email. Nothing, went into store and they said they will call me or send quote. Nothing
Went somewhere else who appreciates my hard earned dollars. Junk

Having looked at Instagram and being inspired by Palm Cove Far North carpet, it was delivered and laid. The team were both friendly, professional and delivered good service. Thankyou to the Essendon team.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. When there was a small glitch, I was kindly compensated with a thoughtful gift. The final result, which included carpeting and wooden flooring was laid very professionally and looks great.

The team at Essendon Carpet Court have been amazing - I needed carpet, knowing nothing about carpet, and Shariff and Simon were helpful and professional from beginning to end. I was also impressed by the pride the carpet installers took in their work, and will recommend this company to family and friends.

I had shopped around for a while before making my decision on my floors and they were the best value by at least a third! I felt comfortable with Sean as soon as I entered his store. He was very knowledgeable about his product and happy to advise. I chose a laminate flooring and was absolutely stunned by the beautiful work Arman completed for me in such a short time. I would highly recommend this company for value, customer experience, professionalism and great product. Sean has a great team; Simon is such a lovely and funny guy, Arman is a master at his trade and Sharif is a star!

Adam, Simon and Sean were all excellent at offering feedback and support during the purchase of our carpets. The customer service continued only 4 weeks after the carpets had been laid as they sustained substantial rust and oil damage from an Air Conditioning tradesperson visiting our home. Sean offered a calm voice and talked us through a very hectic few hours. In addition, Sean recommended a fantastic company to steam clean the carpets. To our shock the stains were removed and look brand new again. I'd recommend them if you're looking for new carpets. Thanks Guys!

Hi today Simon from Carpet court came to our house to give us a quote for new flooring in our house, from my first phone call last week just to get an idea his politeness and professionalism were second to none. Today we met Simon as he came to measure up and quote us and with a couple of minor hiccups with our floor being slightly on a slant in the kitchen Simon put us at ease and said it could be done. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quote and ended up getting a quote for new blind also. Cant wait as it will give our home a completely fresh look and this time next month will be done. Once again to Simon whom we now feel like we have known him forever a huge thank-you for all your help and assistance and guiding us in the right direction with NO pressure. I would recommend Carpet Court Essendon to anyone thing of doing some renovations (ITS CHEAPER THAN YOU THINK) very happy customers watch this space for finished job:)

31/08/19 Well our new floors have been laid and we could not be happier such a difference, I cannot tell you how happy were are. Armin and the boys did an amazing job laying the floors again very friendly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We have also ordered new verticals for windows which will be ready in a few weeks. We went down to the store today and met Adam what a great guy so helpful and friendly he assisted us with picking our living room carpet square and matching hall runner. Just before we were heading home Simon made it back to the store it was great top catch up to say G. DAY.once again any one out there thinking about it just do it and I cant recommend Essendon Carpet Court enough once again I will add again after our blinds and new rugs arrive cheers.
30/09/19 Well all done our new blinds were installed last week and look great once again a huge thank-you to Simon and Adam for friendly and professional service we are so happy and have had several compliments on our homes face-lift. Again we would highly recommend Essendon Carpet court to anyone considering renovations, kindest regard Christine Fisher.

Such an easy, stress-free process! Visited the store, where we were given some excellent advice by Adam, who helped us choose possible carpets for our bedroom. He arrived promptly the following day, bringing our choices, to measure and quote. Was good to be able to see the carpets in the room, and to discuss how the carpet would be laid. The installer arrived the following week, on time, and the job was completed in a few hours. Very happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of all involved. Would definitely recommend this company.

So happy with these guys! We recently decided to put hybrid floor on old tiles in whole house and it was the best dicision to go thorugh with carpet court in Essendon. Adam at the shop was explaining about all range of different products and helped us choose one nice and easy. Also, Arman with his team came to our place to install the flooring for a couple of days, he explained all the process and things he concern about during work which made us feel being part of this project all the time. Now, me and my wife are so happy with this new floor and we will definately come back to see these ppl again.

I purchased Godfrey Hirst, Hybrid Flooring, Veles range. The sale seemed good, the installation seemed good but after one week of being laid, the flooring was scratched in many places. We had laminated flooring for the past 12 years and that did not have one scratch on it (but it did suffer a dint from a fallen chefs knife, not bad for 12 years). We have had loads of kids parties, hundreds and thousands everywhere and we used to have the biggest sand pit in the backyard, all of this and still not a scratch on the previous laminate flooring. We were either deceived by carpet court or the manufacturer Godfrey Hirst is not training their re-sellers honestly. We have scratches everywhere on the new purchase Godfrey Hirst, Hybrid Flooring, Veles range.

Great service all round! Everyone involved were both friendly and professional. Sean offered great advice and the flooring guys did a wonderful job, particularly with the composit boards. Highly recommended.

We had carpet installed through Essendon carpet court, highly recommend them, will definitely use them again for my investment property
