Just picked up my new F80 M3 from BMW Essendon. Dealt with Mat Zaraga who was fantastic. Mat made the whole process so easy and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. Would definitely deal with Mat again and highly recommend BMW Essendon.

5 star service from enquiry to delivery, Mat & Nav at Essendon assisted us to purchase another BMW for our family.
Initially I was going to purchase interstate went past Essendon BMW on the way to airport and with the help of Mat & Nav purchased on the day.
The car was delivered by our deadline detailed and serviced as promised no salesman tactics just honest guys.
I would have to say the service I have so far received and aftersales is as good if not better than our primary BMW dealership (Eastern Melbourne) which we have been with for decades since our first M cars.

Keep up the good work Mat & Nav I'll see you soon for our next BMW purchase and service.

I have dealt mainly with Nicole buyjng 2 cars this year. One for myself and one ️ on a road for my grandparents who are in their mid 80s.
Nicole and the team had been so patient with them. As they are older and had still been driving a 2002 Holden is was a shock to the system.
They had a lot of questions and Nicole spent so much time with them, showing them every possible feature in the new larger and more technologically advanced x1 than older 2021
Model.

A lot of time was spent helping them, inside and outside of business hours. Above and beyond dosent do her/ them justice

Nicole is not your typical car salesperson.
She is not arrogant, she doesn’t tell half truths and treats everyone with respect.

The team at Bmw Essendon and Nicole make you feel like a superstar!

. When it comes to negotiating
On price,
something I despise, their is no need to worry.
Nicole and the team gives you the best price possible, adds as much extras as feasible. Great extras added to both the cars at not extra cost included things such as 5 year free servicing, tinted windows, a beautiful welcome pack with things you can actually use!

When the deal was done, every other salesperson I have dealt with at other car brands would wash their hands of you, but not Nicole, not her manager and not her team.

Nicole and her manager organised an appointment about a week after my grandparents drove off the lot to go over any additional questions they had, and it was many hahaha.she was very informative and they were extremely impressed with the service, and the coffee!

If you hate dealing with salespeople but want a bmw, look no further. Nicole and the team are the best I’ve ever encountered.
Thank you so much, to the reception lady, the detailers, the sales team, the customer service, to the support staff, to everyone. If Nicole wasn’t available on the day someone else was always willing to help with anything we needed. Great team work who all genuinely seem to enjoy working together and helping people which makes the whole process seamless.

. With one of the biggest decisions people will make outside buying a property, it was so good to not have to stress about anything.

Even with some shipping delays due to covid the team always kept us informed. No nasty surprises because the communication was fantastic. As soon as they knew we knew.
If only other companies could learn from them!

They had always been honest (I know, an honest car sales team! Hahah)

I have a new x4m40i which is an absolute beast, so much power when you need it and a perfect drive in any conditions. Not to mention the beauty that is bmw and the exhaust note sees other drivers extremely jealous

My grandparents 2023 x1 is more like a spaceship! So much tech, touch screen extends from drivers side corner to 3/4 of the cabin, much more room than the older models, comparable the the x3 on internal size and a great price.
I am just over 6ft tall and have plenty of head and arm room no matter what seat I was in!

Not much more than other brands of similar size but so much moI re safety and thech that comes standard.

Look no further, Essendon BMW is the only one you should visit. Don’t waste your time, days and days of playing games. Just go there, get it done in as little as minutes and be driving one of the best cars out there.

I took our BMW X1 there for a service before it was driven from Melbourne to Gold Coast. Car was running beautifully before it went there. Apparently the rocket cover was taken off to fix a minor oil leak. I had a list totaling $6500 of minor issues, ie new wiper blades. The car has been going to BMW for its services and what I thought was “ preventative maintenance “. Four hours after leaving Essendon Fields, it broke down on the freeway, leaving my daughter, son in law and a 7year old and 5 month old stranded. Apparently the timing chain has broken and cam shaft isn’t turning. I’ve been told around $10,000 to repair. My daughter is in a single income family so can’t afford to fix it or get it towed. The car was towed at my expense to Orange in NSW. We now have to get it to Gold Coast. We need to get it to Gold Coast where we can take it to another mechanic who will hopefully repair it a lot cheaper. Essendon Fields doesn’t want to know about. I have an X1and also an X3, Is this likely to happen to them? Very dissatisfied and disappointed in their lack of support.

I checked out a few BMW dealership's earlier and this is the one that had what I wanted. Toni was very professional, friendly and helpful in organising my X3 Series. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Toni as the best car sales representative. The experience at the dealership was just top. 10/10 in service, excellence and all aspects. Awesome!

I picked my mini jcw in April 2021 was served by Leo a lovely German mate. He really showed me the passion and love he had for mini and welcomed me to join the Mini Club. Had such a wonderful experience there and during Xmas time I visited them again and ordered X6 there as are turning customer. Unfortunately Leo has left but the sales manager Lee has been so helpful as well. Unlike the other dealerships, he is genuinely helping me to choose the right car for our family. Of course a reasonable deal as well. Enjoyed the coffee there too.

Thank you Essendon BMW for a wonderful experience and a journey to my new BMW X3 LCI model.

Especially, thank you to Lee for his patience and making the wait for the new car worth it. He acted promptly to my requests and convey information in a timely manner!
He also provided solutions that was practical and always strives for the best outcome for his customers.

I have been to multiple dealerships and have bought BMWs at other dealerships as well. The only point of difference is the salesperson and Lee has created a memorable moment for my wife and I.
