I wear a full suit and tie everyday for work. I have used many dry cleaners in the past however none of them compare to Essence dry cleaners in Yarraville. I get my suits dry cleaned and pressed on a regular basis. They seem to come back to me more "crisp" looking than other dry cleaners I have used in the past. The owner always makes sure the suites are ready in a timely manner. Really friendly customer service. I highly recommend Essence dry cleaners.

I had a stained suit jacket that I had originally taken to a different dry cleaner. I was absolutely devastated by the state of the jacket. The stain had not been removed and worse yet the fabric became stiff. Another dry cleaner said the stain couldn't be removed and they would not touch it; worried that they would put a hole through it. I thought it could not be fixed. As a final effort I took it to Essence dry cleaners and I couldn't be more thrilled by the result. The stain was removed completely and the fabric has returned to its original softness. I will undoubtedly be taking all my garments here to be dry cleaned in the future.

This place is the absolute best. They take such good care of garments and are so reasonably priced! They are always lovely. They were also very, very kind when I came in without my receipt to pick up a vest… they searched the place top to bottom and couldn’t have been more helpful, only for me to realise when I got home that I had in fact already collected it. Whoops.

This is my favourite dry cleaner in the west. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable with lots of experience in the fashion industry to help with accurate garment care and alterations.

Jimmy and team restored my whites!

I gave him a nightmare job - 10 different white clothing items with different types of stains, and mostly stained for a long long time.

The process and potential outcome was explained to me before I decided to try and the actual outcome was way better than expected.

All white again and only shadows left of the stubborn stains that we thought were impossible to remove. Amazing. Thank you.
