Escape Room Melbourne

A great escape room with a good story to follow. The puzzles were challenging, but not so difficult that led players to confusion. Extremely friendly host and by going to this particular venue, you're supporting a local business and the original escape room!

We did the original escape room in Flemington. The puzzles were amazing! They were creative yet they made sense.

Sam was funny and attentive. I loved how he could hear us even without using the walkie talkie.

Would love to try the magic emporium in South Melbourne next time!:)

Team of 2 attempting their first escape room as a pair (we have done other rooms in a bigger group) and our first in Melbourne. We loved the idea of seeing the OG room in Melbourne and we loved it! The puzzles were a lot of fun and our host Nathan was an amazing Games Master who's customer service added to our overall enjoyment of the entire experience. Thank you ERM for having us!

Great Escape Room. Don't be fooled that it's at the back of a residential property. It's old school but the puzzles are fantastic. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyable experience. Well thought out challenges and presented well by host who nailed setting the theme for the room.

Understated from the street but a definite hidden treasure. A work team of 5 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the challenges. Very cleverly put together and fabulous for team building.

I thoroughly enjoyed this escape room. There are many things to keep you entertained along the way and puzzles were linked to the storyline. The room looks good and is well kept. I would recommend.

Location in the middle of suburban flemington was a bit strange at first. However, Host Nathan weaved this into the briefing narrative to build the anticipation. Our small team of three totally loved it! (And escaped)

The puzzles were varied, well laid out and interesting. We are definitely going to their next site to continue our new passion of amateur puzzle solvers.

Good room. Unique puzzles and fun to solve. Had a great time. Don't be alarmed by the whole "have to wait for the host to take you to the room" thing just because it doesn't have a store front, it's the OG escape room and it's solid.

It was lovely! We had fun and it was even a bit spooky. Nathan was an amazing host! The only reason why I gave it 4/5 is because some puzzles were accidentally too confusing. We will go to other escapes for sure! We've been to the original room, which I'm reviewing here. And we've been to the Magic Emporium one, which is pure 5/5.

Really awesome experience, Sam was very welcoming and friendly, so good to see well designed puzzles. Child friendly room as well. Great to see passionate owner operators in this space.

This was the most amazing escape room experience! Had so much fun, the room was perfect - challenging but not too ridiculous, and the theme was cool. Will be recommending this to friends for sure

Well-organised, supervisor had a fun and supportive style, and overall an incredible amount of fun.

One of the best rooms I’ve been in, lots of cool furnishings and the puzzles are (mostly) at the perfect balance between difficult and easy to figure out the gist.
Wish I could forget all the clues so I could play again:)

Loved this room! Don't let the "house" out front fool you.once you're in the actual room, you get est 1hr of so much fun! Enjoyed it so so much as part of my hens activities:) thanks to the host Sam! You were amazing

First escape room ever and my sister and I had a great time. We had lots of fun solving the puzzles. I loved the vintage designs and ambience of the room. It was very immersive and engaging. Would highly recommend!

Wow, unbelievable. Words can't describe how good this was. Such a unique experience. This certainly gets you thinking outside your comfort zone and when you get stuck you can ask for clues. Cannot wait to do another room. We were buzzing for hours afterwards and can't stop talking about this experience.

I found the experience to be very basic and boring. I would look somewhere else for a more immersive experience
