Errol Street Physiotherapy reviews
35 Upon entry, the clinic is clean, tidy and welcoming. I spent my first appointment with Ruby, who showed exceptional professionalism, knowledge and insight to my injury. I was given a rehab program to follow, was shown how to perform each movement, and I was also provided with reasons why I was being prescribed each exercise. No 5-minute quick fix with a piece of paper, as I’ve gotten from previous physio’s.
An excellent first experience with Ruby and Errol Street Physiotherapy, very much worth a visit!
Excellent care from the team especially Physio Sue who assisted me in shoulder rehabilitation after a reconstructive surgery. Sue was great at listening to my personal goals and developing a program that suited my needs. Highly recommend!
Had couple sessions with Ben to get help with pinched neck and shoulder nerve, his work is just amazing in combining remedial massage, acupuncture and also recommendations of rehab exercises. Will definitely return.
Shane was great! Really knew what he was doing. For someone that has spent 12 months with back pain and seeing countless physicians Shane has to be the best.
Sam turner is a brilliant specialist in many fields which makes for an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan of my structurally buggered foot such that it has had an immdiate affect. After having tried another physio who did not have his depth of field and analysis, I would highly recommend him. I guess that is why the surgeons recommend him for podiatry and physiotherapy. And why he specialises in sports injuries. Business is organised, treament exercises online (finally a plan I have and can do from my pocket) and open early. Brilliant.
I had a great experience at Errol Street. Ben was extremely friendly, knowledgable and has my back issue feeling much better already. I would highly recommend him.
Ruby and Paul have been amazing in helping me overcome a back injury in the last 6 weeks. They have both shown an excellent level of care and professionalism. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
Ben has excellent bed side manner for a physiotherapist. He thoroughly explains what your injury is and what options you have to reach recovery. He is patient with his patients and demonstrated extra care when it came to my torn acl pre-surgery rehab plan. The clinic is well maintained and the receptionist are very pleasant individuals to talk to. I really felt listened to in a time where most business will rush you just to get your consultation over done with to get your money, Errol is the opposite. They pride themselves by always putting the patients needs first. I definitely recommend Ben & Errol street physio if you require physiotherapy.
We have been treated by Sue for many years and will always be comfortable in returning to her for treatment.
Her expertise & approach is very professional & we are very grateful that she is available to us.
Thank you Sue.
I had a complex back problem and Sue worked with me over several months to the point where I am no longer feeling pain at all. This was my first time seeing a physio and Sue was very professional and thorough, and I also appreciate that she did not give up on me although my issue took a long time to resolve. I was truly worried that I would have a chronic problem. Reception staff were also lovely.
This is my first visit to Errol St Physio. I was treated by Shane. I found him bery personable and knowledgeable, going so far as to liaise directly with my GP on treatment going forward.
The other staff i interacted with either upon entry or by phone were also great.
I would certainly recommend.
Sam is a fantastic podiatrist. He has been treating me for years and is very thorough and caring with his work. Can’t recommend him enough.
Samuel was very thorough with his assessment of my injury. He wanted to make sure he had a full understanding of my concerns and what I wanted out of the session. Samuel was able to assess my injury and give detail information on how to manage the pain and condition going forward. He gave exercise and suggestions for footwear to assist.
Still early days. I'm following the procedures, and there seems to be slight improvement.
I do the exercises on alternate days.
Shane O’Sullivan and the rest of the team at Errol Street sports and spinal are the best in the business. Full stop.
Great service, very lovely staffs. Came here to do my ACL reconstruction rehab, Courtney helped me retrain my injured knee. Great program, highly recommend:)
Friendly, professional and attentive service by Sam.
I had a painful corn and generalised foot discomfort, and now I can run again. Couldn't be happier!
I had a Physiotherapy session with Emily at Errol Street, it really helped with my back pain. Was given some exercises to do at home.
I found Emily to be friendly and professional and look forward to my next appointment.

The receptionist Layla was lovely and helpful and Courtney is a fabulous physio, knew exactly what she was talking about.
Definitely recommend!
Couldn't rate this place highly enough! Staff are super friendly and welcoming, while also being very knowledgeable about their work. Emily quickly pinpointed my issue and was able to abate some back pain on site, as well as provide an efficient plan for home.
