Ermanno Bergami

The work I have done with Ermanno has, for lack of other words, changed the way I live my life. Ermanno has enabled me to reinhabit my own body and reliquish my control over my emotions.

It is not an easy journey to go on but Ermanno is a kind, gentle, and warm soul who seeks to guide you rather than control your actions (like other therapists seem to do). He has a wealth of experience and knowledge and the work is something I truly look forward to every week.

Ermanno works with your body to allow you to release your tension that you actively hold from day to day, whilst allowing you to process and talk through your experiences and feelings. When you begin living in a different body and you are aware of how you hold yourself, you begin to think differently and live differently.

For someone like myself, who had planned answers for every interaction and was unable to speak from my emotions because I was scared of what I was going to say, this therapy has truly made me live more genuinely and honestly.

I still have a long way to go, but feel I am in very safe and capable hands.
