Given that our house is a new construction, we've had various tradespeople coming in and out frequently. However, Matt stood out for his conscientiousness and meticulousness. I was particularly impressed by how he went the extra mile to ensure everything is done perfectly, even placing a mat under his ladders to prevent any damage. I went for a job through this company. The woman called me because they had my resume from the last interview I had with them. She never told me what they wanted in the job. I thought that was extremely important to outline in the phonecall. I wouldn't have wasted my time in getting dressed up for the interview, and gone there to spend barely 2 minutes in the interview, to be told they wanted a certain specific job requirement.
