I have been attending Equilibrium TCM for the past 2 weeks for several different issues and so far I feel like I'm in the right place. Trevor and Ming have been caring, consistent, and helpful. Both through acupuncture and Chinese medicine I feel like I'm seeing progress. Trevor and Ming have listened, shared understanding and their knowledge is incredible. Nothing is too hard and I appreciate their step by step approach. Definitely a great energy here!

It’s one thing to provide treatment for your patient, it’s another thing to ensure the patient’s problems are heard and resolved!
After two months of neck and arm pain due to cervical radiculopathy and multiple other treatments I found Trevor and Ming via a friend’s suggestion and oh how could I thank them for giving me some normalcy. (I’ve literally been sitting on couch and sleeping as I can’t lie flat due to pain trigger)
Trevor and Ming spent the first hour of our session to thoroughly understand my situation, pain intensity, lifestyle choices etc.the accupuncturw process was pain free and seamless.cupping was next to none, massage was the most professional I’ve had in a long time and I could feel my condition improved just after one session!
Indeed going back to them as I need multiple sessions to set me back to ‘normal’ but can’t thank them enough for making my body ‘almost’ painfree in just two sessions!

Trevor and Ming are two warm, patient and dedicated practitioners. My first appointment was two weeks ago and involved an in-depth consultation followed by acupuncture. During the session, I experienced a significant reduction in my stress levels and left feeling like a new person. I felt truly calm and clear.
I have since returned twice more (!) and have incorporated their herbal medicine to boost some health and healing issues. Two weeks after my first visit, I am thrilled with my mental and physical improvements in such a short time - my husband has noticed too!

My experience with Trevor and Ming has been absolutely comforting and supportive. They are caring, patient and very giving practitioners. They are very professional and sympathetic to one's conditions. I highly recommend their services, having acupuncture from Dr Lok has been the only treatment that I have actually fallen asleep during, I have always feared and always felt pain during other treatments.but not here. I am so surprised and more importantly I am able to thoroughly relax throughout their treatment session.they are both deligent at assuring your comfort during your time with them. I have been suffering with a few chronic inflammatory conditions over the past few years, conditions that main stream doctors are unable to heal totally, constant ineffective drugs to no end. Within one treatment with Trevor and Ming I had such positive healing responses.

I had been suffering from hemorrhoids for over 4 months. I followed what has been suggested online, high fibre diet, at least 8 glasses of water and 20 minutes of walk each day but I just couldn’t get better. In fact, the haemorrhoids actually got worse from stage 2 to 4. It was so painful that even pain killers didn’t work for me at all.

After some more research online I decided to try TCM. I found Equilibrium TCM. After 3 treatments in the first week, the hemorrhoids actually shrunk by half and the pain was greatly reduced. I can now carry on with my daily activities without any pain. Looking forward to have the hemorrhoids to reduce even further.

For the past 3 years, my left face was partially numbed due to a dental trauma from crowning a cracked molar tooth. Every dentist I consulted told me it will go away. It never did. The numbness was annoying and it gets worse when I exercise. After only 1 acupuncture session, my face numbness went away almost immediately! That’s really amazing! Thank you Dr. Ming and Dr. Lok for your excellent treatment!

Extremely helpful and caring team. I never met the team in person, as I live in NZ. But I needed some Chinese Herbs delivered urgently in France, while I was travelling there and Equilibrium follow-up with the shipment until I confirmed I have received it in full.and the french postal service is not great and not always easy the deal with. So I got the pills on time for my treatment and managed to spend my time away in France with no Endometriosis pain! Thanks Equilibrium!

Dr. Ming Yeung and Dr. Trevor Lok had been treating me for my foot injury and it is now cured thanks to their treatments and prescribed granule medication (it doesn't taste bad like traditional herbal medicine). Both practitioners treated the source of my injury instead of the symptoms, and because of this method of treatment I had other existing medical conditions treated as well.

For my foot injury, I had been seeing my local GP for treatment but I was advised to get a steroid injection as it wasn't healing on its own even with prescribed anti-inflammatory medication, so I looked for alternative treatment instead and found Equilibrium TCM via family friend.

As I was unfit to drive to their home clinic, both practitioners did home visits and were very punctual. They always arrive on the dot of the time agreed and will always give me a call if there was any unexpected delays (usually due to traffic congestion) that would cause them to be late.

I really enjoy Dr Ming Yeung's Gua Sha treatments as it is really relaxing especially since my body is full of "muscle knots" from working a lot.

Throughout the whole treatment, I was able to confidently discuss any issues that I may have and feel as I would with my GP. As both practitioners practices patient confidentiality privileges. As such with sharing my life events and conditions, I received their advice, guidance and support and alternative ways to live a more healthier lifestyle.

After the treatments, I usually receive a follow-up call to see how I am doing and if I need to schedule another appointment or when it would suit me for the next appointment.

I highly recommend Equilibrium TCM if your local GP can't treat your condition then maybe Equilibrium TCM could help you out as they treat conditions holistically:)
