Treatment ok then stopped by TAC
I dont believe they tried hard enough Simone was good at start then fobbed me off to someone else
I dont believe they looked after me as well as they could as TAC paying for it so they call the shots in my opinion
Treatment was stopped by and large by their reports also in my opinion

I ignored the first 3 emails requesting a review but seen as how I keep getting them here you go: Staff are rude, equipment is poor and outdated, not fit for purpose.

Maria is a great physiotherapist. I highly recommend her.

However, I received a call from the clinic and I was informed that they have not received a benefit from Medicare for one of my consultations. The lady on the call was not very helpful and bit threatening that if I don’t pay the amount as soon as possible, it was going to be recorded as a bad debt and they were going to chase me. Upon checking my Medicare statement, this benefit was paid by the Medicare so the clinic made a mistake.

When I called the clinic again to inform them about this situation, I spoke to another lady and she was helpful. The issue was resolved.

If this mistake was made to a pensioner, it was unlikely that they could access their Medicare app etc and check the benefit. It would be a financial burden to make this payment for them because of the clinic’s mistake.

Consistently providing practical, appropriate solutions to my physical issues, with care, professionalism and the clients needs in mind. Thanks as always.

I've been going to Epping Physiotherapy for the last 2 and 1/2 years after a motor vehicle accident. They have always been courteous, friendly, professional, and most of all helpful with their treatment options and advice. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of treatment for any muscle, movement, or strengthening help.

Staff are very friendly. The Physiotherapist that helped me was awesome, always listening to my concerns and the exercises given targeted the problem area. Thank you.

Epping Physiotherapy is a great place that has amazing friendly staff, they are very knowledgeable and take great care of their clients. There are many great physio's there that will go above and beyond to help people get back on track.
After my motorcycle accident I thought I would never be the same, but after all my visits I am back on my feet and moving on with my life. I would personally like to thank Victor for helping me get to where I am and for also encouraging me to stay strong.
I would also like to thank Mary and Erin for our friendly chat's.

Been here with three different problems and fixed them every time. They are amazing. The staff are great and they always get you sorted.

Went along with my daughter not expecting much. But this place was wonderful, from the reception staff to the physiotherapist. When you have a professional who is kind, caring and takes the trouble to explain and get you back on your feet, you can't ask for more. 5 stars all the way through. The physio was Keenan Jones.

All staff at Epping Physiotherapy are very efficient and friendly, instruct patients clearly & easily to understand, especially Aglin, a physiotherapist there. Her services and instructions are absolutely valuable to me. I just follow her indications and and get amazing results! Well done Aglin!

Had back pain for several weeks, I tried everything to help the pain. I just wish I came here first as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by a lovely young receptionist that made me feel welcome. I had physio with Kelly she was so lovely and friendly walked out feeling a lot better and feeling positive. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Helpful and friendly, the physio was really good gave lots of advice and explained the problem not just the solution.

I was seeing an Indian physio there and I swear to God he is by far the WORST physio I have seen in my whole life! He had no idea what he was doing and he made my injury even get worse! Such a waste of money.

Warm, friendly atmosphere with very committed workers that knew what to do to fix my back. Had a great experience, highly recommend.
