Have been coming to Angie for almost 6 months now. At my consultation Angie was very informative & educated on electrolysis:)

I’m so excited to be seeing Angie again. She treated me for a different area 6 years ago, with fantastic results, so I knew I could trust her to look after me again.

She takes the time to explain the process, making sure you’re comfortable. Of course there is some minor discomfort, but it’s never painful, and she will always check you’re ok with the current being used.

Absolutely horrible customer service, felt extremely unwelcome and very unprofessional. Angie does not go out of her way to make you feel comfortable.

- I addressed to her my fear of dogs and politely asked if it’s possible for it not to be in the clinical room, though she refused to put him away and told me that ‘it’ll help overcome my phobia’ which made me feel anxious the whole time and it was really unhygienic. He also bit and ripped my shoes.

- during my session she also played political videos which I felt was very inappropriate and disrespectful

- when she’s doing the procedure she made really rude comments like calling me a sook due to my pain tolerance and also was rough with handling my face

- she is also slow and doesn’t utilise the one hour session booked and only manages to do a small portion, at first I didn’t question this but when I went to another lady she was able to complete my face in the time frame booked with extra time available

Angie has been so sweet and helpful. She always tries to accommodate her clients. Really happy with her service!

I forgot to write this review two years ago when I had electrolysis treatment with Angie. I was the biggest sceptic about permanent hair removal and discussed my concerns with Angie who listened and explained the process and what I could expect. I was happily proven wrong because two years on and not a single hair has grown back.woohoo! Best money spent ever. Angie is very experienced, professional and genuinely cares about you and your treatment. She's so lovely and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. Thanks Angie!

Angie is absolutely amazing and has mastered the art of electrolysis. I say this having tested different providers of galvanic treatment. She has a unique and definitive understanding of individual hair types and how best to treat them. She is quick, professional, and proficient. She responds immediately to your pain tolerances, and understands sensitivity varies at all times. She gives you detailed information on all stages of care, and realistic timelines and outcomes. She has a smooth insertion technique, and a fixation on achieving you the best results. She is a perfectionist, and you will thank her for it.
Her technique does minimal damage in redness, swelling, blistering, and acne. She is an investment worth making. She truly believes in her work and it shows, giving you the most for your time, every session, to help you achieve your goals. She is genuine, caring, compassionate, (affordable!) and does not judge. I can't say enough about the quality of service she provides, and I am certainly looking forward to my future results!

I had my first appointment today and can't recommend Angie enough-she's fantastic and so gentle! I thought she'd only done a small area but when it was over she'd done almost an entire cheek (on my face). Also, her prices are really reasonable!

I have PCOS and have struggled with facial hair since I hit puberty. I tried laser hair removal which had only made the situation worse. I found EPIness Electrolysis online and have not looked back. Its the only procedure I've had done where you can clearly see results. Angie is kind, patient and incredible at what she does. It's not a very comfortable procedure, but she does a great job at making it as comfortable as possible. Her prices are fair for her expertise and I trust her completely. Would highly recommend.

Angie is a highly talented and experienced electrologist. As a transgender woman who struggles with facial hair, it is incredibly important to me that I achieve a hairless appearance on my face. Angie genuinely cares about delivering the best results to her clients and provides a unique service which is about quality. She is a perfectionist with a very good eye meaning she treats every hair. I am glad to have found a skilled electrologist who can get rid of the hairs for good! Her method and technique is what makes her electrolysis so effective. She understands the importance of what she does and works on each client as if it were herself - unlike past electrologists I have been to who are just about making money with lazy technique.
