6Professional and pleasant experience, the doctors listen, the reception staff are helpful and friendly. I have full confidence in Epic Health, Yarra Glen.
The gentleman and the ladies at reception are warm and welcoming. The nurse and the pathology staff are helpful and kind.
We have seen 2 Doctors there so far and they are thorough, attentive, knowledgeable and very helpful. This review from someone who has struggled to find a quality medical clinic in the past. Thankful that we now visit this clinic for myself and my young son, who has some complex issues and requires the extra patience that the Drs and staff here understand.

I’ve had three doctors leave and one say my work cover claim is too hard so she quit seeing me. Overall the are a pathetic and a lazy clinic. All for I doctors in a country town what did I except anyway.
How fortunate was I to move close to this great Medical centre.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. I have used a few of the doctors and they are really thorough. Particular mention to Dr Hamed. What a champ!
Dr. Safari wasn’t helpful at all, referred me to a different clinic without the minimal requirements needed for them to approve me. If it wasn’t because I called, I would still be waiting to hear back from them.
