Great modern practice, doctors always available and they take their time. Unlike other practices in Langwarrin, who have been here probably too long and take their patients for granted. They now have the arrogance to think that customers can wait for them.

I have been going to this dr for about 5 years, just get used to seeing a dr here and they leave, I used to see dr sherif thought he was great then out of the blue he left, seeing dr Louise now she seems to be ok, she was lovley today when I saw her, the receptionist was lovley today as well

This clinic has gone downhill so quickly over the years, I am so dissapointed in what it is today. Rude receptionists, doctors not much better, the female doc who left recently was the one redeeming factor but now there is nothing. Will not go again

I've been seeing Dr. Sharif as my main gp for over 5 years now. He is the most knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor I have ever had and highly recommend him. I have only had good experiences at this clinic with Dr. Sharif.

DO NOT GO HERE. USELESS! Booked in for flu vaccination a week prior giving all our details to reception as we r new patients & knowing we had to pay for vaccination. The day comes for vax go to appointment to be asked if we have been here before & that we need to see dr beforehand but she needs to check with dr to see if he will give it us. Dr was late & just walked in door as we were waiting & she comes back to us saying no dr won’t do IT. There is as no one else in clinic at all so it’s not like they were busy. WTF DONT GO HERE THEY STUFF U AROUND WASTED ANOTHER WEEK NO WAITING TO GET A FLU SHOT

This clinic refused to see me, even though I had previously made an appointment, got my children looked after to attend and arrived on time. When I fainted due to a coughing fit the practice managed told me to leave. No assistance, no explanation. The most horrific experience I have ever had. Never will I or anyone from my family return to this heartless clinic. Practice manager also didn’t wear her mask correctly the entire time I was there

Doctors here are fantastic however I will be taking my children elsewhere as it takes 5-10 minutes minimum on hold usually before you get though to speak to reception

Excellent doctors. I attend Dr Shariff but have on occasions seens other doctors in the practice and I have found them all very professional and efficient. Very clean waiting room and polite receptionists.

Great doctors, very caring and thorough. I have been working in health care for over 20 yrs and Dr Erica is one of the best GPs I've seen. Highly recommend.

Such a wonderful and kind doctor. Erica squeezed me in on a day where she was full to ease my mind as I’m pregnant with my first child. She organised a referral for me and booked in a scan for me, everything was hassle free. She even provided me with a follow up call 4-5 hours after my appointment and scan just to ensure I was ok. She is a doctor who goes above and beyond!

Dr Lin is a fantastic doctor, never have to wait more then 2-3 minutes, never have a problem getting prescriptions written for what you need.

The worst clinic i have ever been too! Expect patients to wait over an gour for their appointment, no communication. Poor service, will never go back. The nurse is a Rude person who ahould not be practise

I had a first time appointment this morning booked in for 8.30, and was recommended to come in earlier to do some initial paperwork. So I turned up around ten past eight (good traffic, lucky me) and filled in the required questionnaire and settled in to wait for 8.30, hoping that I could get in earlier and get out earlier. 8.30 came and went, and two other patients had been in and seen a doctor, one of which arrived after I did. Clearly not the doctor I'd been assigned, but I wish I had been. At 8.40 my doctor arrived to work. Another ten minutes passed before he called me in to see him. Perhaps if he'd been on time to WORK then the rest of his day would probably not be running behind, because I'm pretty sure it would be. After an examination of ears and throat, concluded with a diagnosis that was not even communicated to me via eye contact. He fiddled with his ear/throat viewing light in his lap, looking at it the whole time he told me what I had wrong with me. I know I just have a throat infection, but is this lack of compassion the same way he treats every patient?
I won't be back to this health clinic, I think I deserve a doctor that runs a little more professionally.
